Recently gave Wings Over Providence another shot after some time, and it feels like there’s been a change. The menu has been updated with some new sauces and packaging, which was interesting. The branding looks refreshed and modern.
The wings feel noticeably smaller than they used to be both in size and portion. and they got rid of their waffle fries!

I just been having a craving for some good buffalo wings. So i went to the new wing place that open 2 wks ago. Purchased reg buffalo rings n parm/garlix wings. They werent pleasing to me. The chik pcs were small to pay $17 which i thought was too crazy high.
Then the next week, i went to WingOver and
The buffalo chik pcs were so much better, bigger in size and still abt $16-$17. I enjoyed them. I wish i still had my pics to share to see the diff.

So along with lots of other great foods I love wings! I stumbled upon wings over Providence. I’m very satisfied to say the least. I called and the most patient person I’ve ever talked to answered the phone. She was very pleasant as well. I got them delivered to my coach on Lloyd. The delivery man was great so I tipped him well. I got the honey hot wings. They were great! I was a little disappointed when I realized I had eaten them all. Thank you for a great lunch. I enjoyed the wings so much.

We had a bad experience a few weeks ago. The manager reached out and made everything right. We were back in tonight and even though they were busy they were absolutely wonderful. The girl working was so sweet and kind. My little one so appreciated the cookie she offered her. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again!

I have eaten here before so here is the review, good location for being closer to University district especially at night. Medium size establishment with dining options or take-out, decent food readiness even during peak times, different options for chicken flavor options & additional sides plus drinks.

went 11/02/25 at 5:30 ish and tables were filthy with sauce all over it, and toilets a mess. I paid for one 2 sandwich meal and a loaded sandwich with two drinks and didn’t receive my cajun fries, went to let them know and the lady didn’t believe me so we brought our receipt up and then she brought out our fries, which still weren’t the cajun ones we had asked and paid for. All three of our sandwiches were cold and the fries were barely warm.

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order, they not only already gave the $50.00 order away to someone else before checking, they shut off the fryers as well so we couldn’t even have our order remade. I haven’t been here in awhile and wanted to treat me and my girlfriend to something nice and was very disappointed… not coming back anytime soon at all… very careless staff

The service here is regular. The staff is nice. They could use a little help because usually there’s no one at the counter — someone just steps in from the kitchen. But with such a bad economy, this is understandable. Other than that, I come for the wings, and they are amazing — the best in the area!

The food definitely could’ve been better. The sauce on the wings was okay, but the wings were made of steel. Took a long time to get the food made as well with no communication as to what was taking forever for 10 wings. Won’t be returning.

The food was ok but they didnt deliver my 2liter. So I called to ask for it to be refunded cuz why drive bk to prov to come bk to ep? N the girl who answered hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and she was super rude and miserable and said yea it’ll be refunded in a few days. So I asked who I should call back if I dont see the refund hit my acct this week and she hung up again. Smh. This will be the first n last time I ever order from here. N for this very reason is why I usually dont tip until the driver gets here but my stupid self went ahead and tipped ahead of time this time. Smh. What a disappointment in service.
