What is the point of using the app to order ahead when you get yelled at in the drive thru that you have to wait 15 minutes before you can order. Once they understood the order was placed through the app, then I’m told to go inside to get it.

This establishment is horrible and the management is even worse. I came in because my food was wrong for one. The drive through was wrapped around the building, the line on the inside was long as well, while all of this is going on the manager was on her personal phone. Upon leaving from where she was she began using vulgar language to the employees, and was rude to the customers.

The general manager is rude and incompetent, steals time and talks vulgar to her young employees. Threatens her workers when they have questions about their pay. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to eat from this establishment. Close this place down or get rid of her.
