Burger King has really gone down hill for me. My food was thrown together so when I got it the sandwich was falling apart, took a long time for my food to come out. I enjoy burger King every once in awhile but it’s not a place I’d care to eat at too much. The staff seem like they could care less. Some days are better then others it’s not always poor service but my order is always wrong. I order plain with cheese but I get ketchup an pickles. Everybody has they’re own experiences and enjoys different food I only speak from my experience. Thanks for your time.

We were the only ones in line. Took forever to take our order. Cashier did not speak to us nor say thank you even after I said thank you to her. While we were at our table we listened to their foul language the whole time. After we left my autistic son said it was yucky, I didn’t eat. He never complains about food so it must have been horrible. The place was dirty. I will NEVER go back.

The fish sandwich I just received was old and dried out, hungry as I am I still tried to eat it but I could not finish it. And the only reason I gave 2 stars is because the young lady at the drive thru window got great customer service. And the sad part about it they won’t answer the phone so I can try and get a replacement and how high the food cost is we should get fresh hot good quality food!!! Shame on management

So the catch is there was a delivery truck while I was there so I know they were busy. But it seems completely out of line to leave 2 people one on register and one cooking to have the entire rest of your team unloading a truck. Also one dude not in a uniform wandering into the kitchen and back to the dining room seeemed to just be talking to the dude in the back. Did not seem to work there and I watched him stick his hand in the bin where the cries are dropped and pluck out a fry and eat it. Seriously Gallatin Health Department should check these guys out because they have some bogus things going on.

The food is good but their soda machine is always down or out of soda, they are always out of ice cream or something else. The employees handles the front register then touch all over a customers’ fries and food with no gloves on.
