Super fast service and they were really nice, blonde person with blonde curly short hair who took my order was really nice and didn’t question my weird requests at all which included tea no ice and pickle side and Splenda. I really appreciated that. And there were fresh hats out for kids and bathroom was clean.

Food is always hot and good… My only problem is with the drive-thru why are they making employees run back and forth from the front to the back why not just open up a register in the front and do both in the front instead of making your employees run back and forth If you don’t have enough employees to maintain one in the back and one in the front just open up a register in the front it’s causing the wait times and drive-thru to be extremely long… Edit….. I made this review while sitting in drive thru I asked the manager (young Hispanic guy) just now why don’t he open the front register he told me it was broken and they was working on getting it fixed.. when the young women that gave me my food came to the window I asked her how long the register had been down .. she told me it’s not down they just don’t want to open it .. so the young man lied to me… This really needs to be looked in to by the owners of this place… For the past 5 to 8 mths now this has been going on ….

My husband and I were passing through today on the way to Gatlinburg, TN. Stopped for a quick burger meal. There were TWO, yes TWO, people working here! Yes, it was slow but Tabitha was working the front counter, drive-thru and packing orders for both lanes as well. She was kind, unnerved by impatient people in line and did the job of TEN people without missing a beat. Jerrick was pepping all orders. Our orders were specific and 100% correct! SHOUTOUT to these TWO individuals that did the work of at least 10 employees! You are the future America wants and needs!!!

We waited in the drive through to place our order for a bit, we find out they don’t have syrup which isn’t a big deal, we order our food and then we wait to pay for 10 minutes. Turns out they hadn’t even made the food and had spilled the eggs. I could wait even longer or have it made without eggs. Which I’m sure wouldn’t have been fast. I’d skip this place and go somewhere else.

Grilled chicken sandwich had little chicken on it. The piece of chicken was overcooked and about the right size for a slider, not a full sized sandwich. even the lettuce and tomato was skimpy. The cashier at the drive thru was pleasant and professional and got the order right. The store looked neat and clean from the outside. See attached photo of the sandwich. Won’t order this again IF I ever go back.

My iced coffee tasted more like coffee creamer than actual iced coffee! I definitely won’t order it again! It’s absolutely disgusting tasting. The food was ok, but I honestly didn’t enjoy it because of the sickening tasting iced coffee!
