Had an issue at a neighboring competitor on our trip down from the northern part of the country. Decided to try our luck here. Pleasant experience. Clean establishment, friendly staff. There was an issue with our order, but the employees fixed it quickly. Would definitely stop here again in my return trip north.

My husband and I were passing through today on the way to Gatlinburg, TN. Stopped for a quick burger meal. There were TWO, yes TWO, people working here! Yes, it was slow but Tabitha was working the front counter, drive-thru and packing orders for both lanes as well. She was kind, unnerved by impatient people in line and did the job of TEN people without missing a beat. Jerrick was pepping all orders. Our orders were specific and 100% correct! SHOUTOUT to these TWO individuals that did the work of at least 10 employees! You are the future America wants and needs!!!

Tonight at 8 pm we stopped in for a quick bite. Only 2 employees working. Store was very busy. Very friendly and was apologizing for the wait time. Store was clean food was hot and fresh Best customer service you could ask for and quick service too considering was just the two people working . I have been to this Burger King 3 times now. Out of those three times they have not gotten my order correct whatsoever. It’s a rather simple order 2 for 6 croissan’wichs one with double sausage and the other one with double ham. I always get single every single time.

We have been coming to Burger King in Stevenson Al for a while now. We eat out often and when we do its normally bk. They always get it wrong and we were always patient and willing to hand food back, but honestly when I called today, the man aruged that this was the last time, but they were to one’s to mess our order up. We said nothing rude, but the conversation was nothing but disrespectful. We will not return and hope they get better management.

Food was good… service was horrible… tried to order online…app wouldn’t work… tried to call someone no one would answer… found out at store it was the manager that wouldn’t answer the phone….ice was out…child taking orders coped an attitude with me…all in all…I come from Tennessee to this restaurant in Stevenson Alabama…not sure that’s going to happen anymore….

Good people, but it was dirty. The ice cream machine was broke so I couldn’t get my dog an ice cream. They charged me $1.49 for the cone and whip cream. But the manager gave me 5 more cones and whip cream for my dog for free.

Grilled chicken sandwich had little chicken on it. The piece of chicken was overcooked and about the right size for a slider, not a full sized sandwich. even the lettuce and tomato was skimpy. The cashier at the drive thru was pleasant and professional and got the order right. The store looked neat and clean from the outside. See attached photo of the sandwich. Won’t order this again IF I ever go back.
