My recommendation would be do not dine at this establishment! Not only was my entire order wrong but the staff isn’t friendly and more importantly, not sanitary. The building itself is dirty and not presentable and that includes the dining room. The building was empty and yet nobody had attempted to clean or maintain the area where people eat and there was clearly food that had been there for days stuck to the tables and hand prints smudged on most of the furniture. An employee vomited in a trash can IN THE KITCHEN! Used napkins and trash were under the tables and in the chairs and again, this building was not busy in the dining room. If you want BK that badly then drive an hour and visit a different location.

One month ago visit was great however went there yesterday sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with little movement and was approximately 10 minutes left for serving breakfast so I went inside to get order. Got in line with one little girl in front of me, took a couple minutes to give her a refund on coffee she didn’t receive, then the employee took an order out to the dining room, came back mentioned she was out of money in her register so she deals with that asks me finally what she could get me and then said breakfast was over. I left and won’t be back.

Lit up sign says dining room open til 10pm. The not so friendly employee seated outside informed us they closed the dining room early – at 830pm on a Saturday.

Last visit was not good. Food was cold, cashier’s hair didn’t look clean. Appearance means so much. Cook area was not clean. Encourage your employees to be everything. Happy employees mean professional and productive.

It was around 9:30pm. after the football game. Decided to stop and get milkshakes plus couple small hamburgers for my son. There was along line probably 5 cars in front of us. Take quite a little while but after I got to the window I could see why. In the back and front I could only see 3 workers rushing around. Now you can’t find anyone who wants to work for 8.75 when jacks and taco bell pays a lot more. When we received our order hamburgers he said were good but she was going to give milkshakes without whip cream on top, I didn’t want whip cream so my plastic glass was about 3 in. being full. Now I know why we now get whip cream. When I said he would like whip cream in his, she said I will have to go back to the freezer to get it. I said ok I will wait.
