Let me tell you something: THIS Burger King?
This is not a Burger King… this is Burger Royalty.

After surviving the disaster over on Main Street, walking into this location felt like stepping into a commercial. And the food? Straight out of the photograph. If I put the promo picture next to the sandwich I got, you would swear it was a photocopy. Beautiful. Fresh. Layered with precision. The kind of sandwich that makes you look at it first, admire it, then take that first bite with respect. ✨

The flame-broiled aroma hit me instantly — the real Burger King smell.
If BK ever made a cologne? This place is already bottled in it.
Took me right back to the 70s. Classic. Authentic. Perfect. ✨

The burger was crafted like someone actually cared.
No weird flavors. No barbecue confusion.
Just pure Whopper excellence — a perfect hint of cheese and every topping fresh and crisp. The lettuce tasted like romaine, the tomatoes were bright and juicy, pickles on point, onions perfect… that thing stood almost seven inches tall with all the trimmings. Absolutely commercial-ready.

And the lemonade? Listen…
Whatever they served me at Main Street tasted like vitamin-flavored Gatorade.
THIS place gives you real lemonade. Fresh. Clean. Smooth. Exactly like lemonade is supposed to taste.❤️✨

We spent about the same, maybe even less, but got more food, better fries, a couple of waters, and a lemonade that didn’t scare me. The value? Outstanding.

Now let’s talk about the people because they deserve it:
Professional. Respectful. Sharp.
Everyone there looked like they take pride in what they do.
They worked like a team of bosses, not like people forced to be there.
The entire location is clean, organized, and clearly led by someone who actually knows how to run a restaurant.

Honestly?
Anyone leaving a bad review here must’ve walked in on the wrong day, or they were already in a mood, because I didn’t see a single thing wrong with this place.

This location rectified every disappointment from Main Street… and proved what Burger King is supposed to be.

Highly recommended.

I was stupid and went to this burger king twice both times it was the same service. They make you sit at the drive thru for forever to make their timed drive thru times look good. I shouldn’t be in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Then sit at the first window for a long time before taking your payment. Worst burger king in the area. Then you get food put together with no effort. Hardly warm. So many cars decided they were done waiting and left the drive thru. They are missing out on a lot of customers by making everyone wait. I figured no way it would be like this if I visited a second time but I was wrong. Visited on 3/2/16 at 8:30pm.

Whole thing took about 20 minutes for not that much food. The employees looked and acted high and like they could not care. Get our burger and they put this huge hard chunk of lettuce heart in our burger. Not worth the $25 we spent on two kids meals and a couple chickens sandwiches.

The Impossible Burger was the main attraction for me today. I ordered two so that I would have enough to share. I also wanted to try the Big Fish Sandwich which was new to me. Once I placed my order I received it in only about thirty minutes. It arrived just as I ordered it and it was piping hot and delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh and the pickles nice and crunchy. The Big Fish Sandwich was equally delicious with fresh lettuce and condiments. I highly recommend Burger King to anyone who wants delicious food,made with care at a reasonable price!

Our experience at this Burger King was extremely disappointing. The drive-thru was incredibly slow — it took over 30 minutes to receive our food after placing our order. Unfortunately, what made the situation even worse was witnessing the manager yell at the car in front of us and tell them to “go to McDonald’s.”

That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the restaurant. Long wait times can happen, but poor customer service and disrespect toward customers should never be tolerated. I hope management addresses both the efficiency issues and the conduct of their staff.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Burger King. On 2/14 at around 11:00 PM, I placed a simple order—just fries and a drink—with no one ahead of me in the drive‑thru. Despite that, I was told to pull up to the first window and wait, and I ended up sitting there for over 10 minutes before being called forward.

When the attendant finally called me, she asked if I was picking up an order for “Maria,”(again i am the only one in the drive thru) which wasn’t mine. She handed me only the fries and completely forgot the drink. She had to check my receipt to realize I had ordered one. She eventually gave me the drink, but the entire interaction felt careless and unprofessional. If this is how this location handles customers, it definitely needs improvement.

Terribly slow, considering they are taking care of drive-through customers at the speed of light and prioritizing them, I waited in the dining area 10 minutes or more while orders were flying out the window.

I took the time to come into the restaurant and dine in, yet the people that drive through get prioritized. This is a terrible business model. I thought Burger King would be more cognizant of their customers.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches lettuce only and they put mayo only as seen with picture and receipt. I am allergic to mayonnaise so I’m lucky I didn’t take a bite. Tried to resolve this the last couydays but no one answered. Not trying to get free food just hope this gets fixed. This was Hudson Fl on state road 52 store

Customer service absolutely sucks.
Employees didn’t offer an inviting service.
Drive through order, employee taking our order was abysmal at most. Waited at the first window no one came to take payment
We go inside for our order and one employee was on their phone playing with the fries
Didn’t even acknowledge my husband inside and then they proceeded to say they do not have an order for us
Don’t waste your time going to this Burger King.

Multiple cars in line waiting at the first window a very long time only to have staff standing around waiting for the customers at the next window. Then items missing in the order, burgers are cold and fries are oversalted. Do better and provide better customer service. McDonald’s is right down the street.
