Took them 10 minutes to make it with fries that aren’t fresh. The smallest burger I’ve ever had with the smallest paddy. Also charged me 13.34 for a different burger then I’ve ordered. I don’t see the items on the receipt in the burger. Scam of the life time

They have an indoor playground!!! It’s still under construction but only because of backorder parts. I know this because the manager was kind enough to spend time with me on the phone explaining. We are all very excited. They even give you a little crown when you order there. This is how their competitors used to be. But BK is bringing hospitality back! Love the management here. Everything is clean. My daughter says they have the best burgers too

The first crew member who rang me up was super sweet. I wound up wanting to redeem another Royal King Offer though, and the app didn’t assign the order to this location. The manager who addressed the concern pointed out how important it was that I pay attention to the address before placing a mobile order. Twice, I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t from here and didn’t really know this main highway from the next one, and that was sorry… etc. I just felt like I was being scolded. She handled it all perfectly fine and well, but 2 crew members chimed in and mentioned that mobile ordering often has that “location mismatch glitch.”

I deliver for doordash and when I accepted the order I was like 2 min dmfrom BK. When I got there my order was packed ready to go sitting getting cold. I ended up getting a stacked order from the same merchant. I had to wait for this order. Meanwhile my first order is getting colder and colder. So I asked if my first customer could get fresh onion rings since it had been about 7 or 8 minutes at this point. Oh boy was that the Wei g thing to do. The store manager and crew member would not let thing gs go. They kept nagging and nagging and nagging at me about it. I was wrong and I should have delivered the first order then came back for the second order. Umm no I can’t leave and come back. They were both very nasty and rude to me and all I asked was if my customer can have fresh onion rings. Would they like cold nasty hard onion rings delivered to them? It’s not like they were paying out of their own pocket for this order of onion rings.

Tried the fish sandwich again, not good. It used to be the best but now just a small dried up square thin piece of fish. Fries were cold as well as the fish. They need to bring back the original sandwich. The new girl up front was fantastic.

Not the first time, the second, but this is the third time I’ve order food there and not received my extra request I have paid for. Sadly never going back. First time they took my sandwich back scrapped the mayo and ketchup off and added an extra meat patty per my bill. AND Forgot the bacon. I was so heated I couldn’t go back in there and be civilized. SECOND TIME, I walked away and said to myself ahh I don’t time for this, I’ll eat what I got. Tonight, I was very clear that with what I wanted. Needless to say they forgot the extra meat patty and stacked the extra cheese all on top so it didn’t even melt. Hey, If you want to be sadly disappointed everytime. The speakerphone nobody can ever hear so it frustrates you the second you pull up. Sad night if your hungry and want to get ripped off everytime you go there then this BK is for you.

So over time we’ve tried this burger King and it never fails at how horrible they are. We decided to try it again today after almost a year away. Our boxer just had surgery so he wa tagging along with us. He was so excited to smell the yummy smells and say hi to the lady’s. When they found out he had surgery the day before they asked if it was okay for him to have some ice cream. And boy they did not disappoint. He got a little ice cream with peice of bacon. We both were so stressed and this made our day to see our boy so happy. AND our food was ON POINT!!! They clearly have updated management, staff and accountability. We will be back. Thank you for treating us so well!

I’m vegetarian and when I order I specifically request no meat on my food. I get home with my family’s breakfast today sit down to eat and there is sausage on each of my burritos when I specifically requested no meat due to my diet. When I called in to let them know about the issue the manager says “oh the ones you ordered an hour ago?” I made 2 additional stops on the way home and just sat down to eat. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like a liar due to something they did wrong. This is not the first time I have had an issue with meat being put on my food when I specifically request no meat. I just really don’t understand how hard it is to leave the meat off when someone orders it that way. So frustrated and upset with this Burger King. Not sure if I will return. Went to the port Charlotte one yesterday and the service was amazing and my food was made correctly. Not sure why I keep having issues at north port
