I really wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered the new spongebob collab $15.99 meal. At 6:30pm mind you, prime dinner time. This is what I received. A coke slushy melted down, and a cold whopper and cold tots. I didn’t receive the pineapple drink, the spongebob surprise toy or the patrick pie. I’m not understanding why THIS is worth 16 dollars for ONE meal when i didn’t receive majority of the meal. Absolutely horrible. Burger king has always been my favorite fast food option but this is just disheartening. I have a sponge bob loving daughter who is extremely disappointed.

After waiting 30 minutes in line got my food and an order shake. The shake tastes gross and was melted. On top of that food was colder than room temperature. Nothing about it was fresh. The whopper buns were hard and spongelike.. Typically this locations is on point today completely dropped the ball. When I explained the situation they offered a $5 coupon. Will not give this location any business again. Definitely needs to tighten up. But of course fast food now has gone to the birds with incompetent workers who don’t care about their jobs. I guess you get what you pay for . Fast food is not a good option anymore..

I went to this location this morning to order two breakfast sandwiches. I place my order and the young lady that took my order was polite. I pulled up to the drive-thru window to pay for my order and again the young lady was polite and took my payment. She then turned and walked away from the window leaving it open and I turn my head to witness the woman putting the orders into the bags pick my sandwich up off the floor and then turn to the girl that took my payment and asked her “We can still serve this right?” I had to speak up and say, no… if it fell in the floor I don’t want it. This happened in eyesight. I can only imagine what happens when you can’t see it.

Food was great. Using the app, I got 2 cheeseburgers and 1 bacon cheeseburger for 3.44. The digital specials, rewards, crown points allow you to save a lot. Walmart + members get 25% off of every order. I hadn’t used Burger King in years. With these deals, it’s now my go to for fast food

I feel like I need to give a 5 star, this restaraunt has been understaffed since I started going, but that being said the staff that stays is why I keep coming back, im not sure of everyone’s names as ive only been in probably 4-5 times, but EVERY SINGLE TIME they have the BIGGEST SMILES! The one time I saw them not in smiles, there was a reason, and they all handled it very well. Will always come back to this location if I want burger king, and thats saying something as an ex employee of one years ago, swore id never go, and this staff got me back.

I’m vegetarian and when I order I specifically request no meat on my food. I get home with my family’s breakfast today sit down to eat and there is sausage on each of my burritos when I specifically requested no meat due to my diet. When I called in to let them know about the issue the manager says “oh the ones you ordered an hour ago?” I made 2 additional stops on the way home and just sat down to eat. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like a liar due to something they did wrong. This is not the first time I have had an issue with meat being put on my food when I specifically request no meat. I just really don’t understand how hard it is to leave the meat off when someone orders it that way. So frustrated and upset with this Burger King. Not sure if I will return. Went to the port Charlotte one yesterday and the service was amazing and my food was made correctly. Not sure why I keep having issues at north port

I explained that I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food to be prepared, so when I received an affirmative response, I thought I’d communicated that well enough… Sadly, my sandwiches were reheated to luke warm, and while the fries were freshly made, they were undercooked and overtly salted. I gave BK one more chance, and this is what I get for that. Sad.

Wow what a nice restaurant. very friendly staff. I took my son there and he played on the playground for hours. The food was excellent especially the French fries they were cooked perfectly golden brown. they way they should always be. The lady Nicole even brought me my food to my table and even went back to get me extra sauce. Everybody there was very happy and had great hospitality. I definitely will be back and will highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family! Thank-you!!!!!
