I’ve been using the recent coupon codes for meal bundles. This location is always really efficient. Even when it’s an off time of day, the food is freshly cooked and hot. The atmosphere is pretty typical for Burger King otherwise. Free WiFi.

Staff needs to be trained on proper preparation procedures. After waiting a very long time for my small simple order and the only customer being waited on in the entire store I received my burgers in wrappers that were completely soiled. The person who prepared this had clearly not changed their gloves beforehand and had likely had been using them a long time that night. It was close to closing time and they were cleaning inside when I ordered.

What can I say, it’s a fast food place. Burger King food is good for a fast food place. The service was quick and efficient. Although the gal at the counter didn’t really seem like she wanted to be there. The atmosphere was fine. The restaurant was clean.

I was going there every morning for 3 months. I would purchase a big breakfast and 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants plus a cup of coffee. Every morning I would ask for 4 sugars in my coffee and please stir it, no problem until 2 days ago when I was told by the employee at the drive thru it was against policy to fix my coffee mind you there were no one in line behind me and no customers in the store at that time of the day (around 10am). When did the policy change? It is pure laziness on the employees part!! I was spending $300 a month for breakfast items at this store so it is my policy now not to go there anymore your loss not mine!! I would recommend you go elsewhere as I now do.

Business is almost too good. The wait in the drive through was almost half an hour. Would have gone inside but couldn’t get out of line for the traffic. But the food is consistently good for fast food.

The only male manager at this location is absolutely horrible at customer service. My wife went in to get a couple of double whoppers re made. He was extremely rude to her she wrote down simply make one with no cheese the other with no tomato’s or onions. After driving home 2 hours after a 10 hour day in Naples I come home to the burgers being wrong. I was upset and demanded a refund and replacement for the 3rd time, Ofcourse he refused to do both even though my time and gas of driving 3 times for burgers at a restaurant where employees can’t read or speak in a professional manner. Pretty disappointing to say the least. Corporate will be getting a call from me.

Bug filled. 2 dead bugs just laying around and like 5 flying around. I walked into an empty story, and I still had to wait at the front for someone to come help me. I ordered $10 worth of food and I couldn’t even be given one dipping sauce for my fries?
