When I arrived, all the restaurant lights were off. I pulled through the drive-thru and was told, “The system is down, have a good night.” No explanation, no apology, nothing.
Since I had already placed and paid for my order, I went inside. The lobby and kitchen area were a complete mess. I took photos and can provide them if verification is needed.
I witnessed a young employee picking up trash in the lobby and then walking directly into the kitchen to prepare my food — with no hand washing and no gloves. This is a serious food safety concern.
To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong:
• Ordered chicken breast, received drumsticks and wings
• Ordered coleslaw, received mashed potatoes
Meanwhile, staff were telling customers to leave because the “system was down,” yet they were more focused on joking around with a friend who walked in, laughing about him possibly getting fired. The lack of professionalism was shocking.
Because of the hygiene concerns alone, I threw the food away. I am not risking my health due to careless and lazy behavior.
This was one of the most unprofessional and unsafe fast-food experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address food safety, training, and accountability at this location.
I grew up loving Kentucky Fried Chicken and their honey bbq was always my fave, so I had to try it!
Many companies bring back “original items”, but they’re just not the same.
I thought it was close to the same and pretty good, but they used to make it, then have it set in the heated trays for a while before serving. I think that allowed the flavor to soak in more. Still pretty good though.
The service today was also exceptional. they were polite, friendly and fast. this is also one of the cleanest & well maintaned locations I have seen in a long time. Kudos to the management & staff for a job well done!

On Thursday I went and asked for hot honey tenders and fries and for my food to be cooked to order. They gave me old tenders and fries again. I waited 10 minutes for them to make me fresh food. Then, they gave me hot tenders but cold fries. I won’t go back to this location because they clearly like to waste time and food not doing things right the first time. The staff are more worried about entertaining each other than meeting the customer needs. Or they act like they don’t want to be there.

Activate 2600 Stars this KFC … I’ve been to several KFCs that does not have the time to deal with a customer. Like these people did in here they was kind and attentive not just to me to the other people that come in right behind me and we move fast through the line…. I recommend them excellent excellent excellent food at this KFC thank you very much for asking me to give my own opinion. And there were three other people in there that agreed

4 I f 8 had the texture if a pencil eraser, dogs wouldn’t even eat them. How this company has the conscience if serving this CRAP to humans is beyond me. Quality is non existent. Will never buy from them again.
I placed a mobile order, the companies app itself was telling me my food was ready. I arrive and had to wait 15+ minutes for my food to be ready, in that time not a SINGLE staff member acknowledged me – and 1/2 of said food was MISSING when I finally got my order. I’ve worked in food service before I KNOW it’s not THAT hard to read a screen and put food into a bag. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for your fried chicken meals cause this place is NOT it
