The person who took our order was very nice & polite. The place was very clean! But we got the Jr Whopper meal and both my husband & I had a burger that was cold inside. I realize they cook them ahead of time & then microwave them but I think they need to microwave them a little longer! Otherwise I would of gave them 5 stars.

Always messing up the orders. Bought a double whopper charged me for it and gave me a single. diet coke that was flat the French fries were cold. Just never a good experience at this particular BK.

The cashiers here are running some sort of bill-padding scam. We ordered the 2 whoppers for $5.99 and the cashier padded our bill with other food we did not order and tried to make us pay. They then created a new order of the OPPOSITE of what we wanted and the charged my debit card. I told her to refund my money, I didn’t want it anymore.
