Just speaking on this particular delivery experience, we ordered two, two entree plates, and two Ala cart items which were the walnut shrimp and beef broccoli. My complaint is about the portion of the beef broccoli. I ordered a medium portion and received a small. If I’m paying almost $11.00 for an Ala cart item, I would expect a portion that is more than a couple pieces of beef and two pieces of broccoli. This was supposed to be my lunch for work, it ended up being one spoonful of sustenance before going to work.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and finely made it to the person at the counter, and she made 10 plates for online orders and didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked out and went next door for Chipotle who had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t try again but I did want to try the Dynamite chicken.

If I could put 0 for service, I would!!! Sam and Noah were too busy talking to each other about an online order to even say “Hi, we’ll be right with you” or smile at least to acknowledge the customers waiting in line. If I remember the name correctly, Bailey (other staff, not really 100% sure about her name) was busy helping the customer in front of me with multiple orders, and these two didn’t care to help out until about few minutes later. When Sam was finally making my food order, she seemed to be in a hurry & sounded so rude and Bailey was still helping the customer in front of me, Sam decided to just leave my food on the counter to let Bailey finish MY order. This took another 5 minutes of waiting. Then, when Bailey was about to put the beef and broccoli on my plate, I had to wait even longer because apparently, the beef and broccoli “wasn’t enough,” so she asked the kitchen staff to make more. Then, Noah came over and told Bailey, “Put the beef and broccoli, it’s enough for one serving.” I ended up with most of the meat but very little broccoli, because, as Bailey had mentioned, “there’s not much left,” but Noah had a different opinion. My food ended up being cold due to the waiting time, and for the price I paid, I received 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli with almost no broccoli. NOAH AND SAM, PLS DO BETTER!

Love the food, but the inefficiency here is almost fascinating. Everything except the register seems to be a priority. My food is ready, boxed, and then I’m stuck waiting 10 minutes while a full kitchen of employees rotates everywhere else and a line of 10 people builds up. This happens every single time I come to this specific location. Scoop the food, take the money, move the line. It’s not that complicated.

This location deserves a ZERO star. This has happened too frequently to not have it be addressed. I ordered online and was told it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. I gave them an extra 10 minutes as I’ve had the same issue before (too many to keep track of). Tell me why, time and again, my food isn’t ready for pickup in 40 minutes?! You can’t possibly tell me it takes that long to cook up a family meal. The same thing happens when I CALL IN my order. Sure enough, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food when I went to pick it up. There’s a reason why it’s called PICKUP, if I wanted to watch people take their orders, I could have gone in and save myself the headaches. On a side note, the kung pao chicken was all chicken and peanuts, no veggies.

About $30. This place is always busy, but they handle it very well. You can tell they are used to the volume and are well trained. The food sells quickly, so it is always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

At lunchtime (around noon), over half of the food trays were still empty. Two staff (one cook and one cashier) were busy helping customers. Two others can be seen standing in a nearby room, looking at a computer screen, likely working on their schedules. A long line of customers was formed and still only 2 staff were working. The other two seemed not bothered by the long line at all. The cashier (only one helping customers) was very helpful though.
Since one of the dishes I ordered was not available (empty tray), I had to wait for over 15 minutes just for that dish. The rest of my food (noodle and two dishes) were getting cold. Poor management. Lunch time is not the best time to work on your scheduling issues. Making sure you have increased sales, and that is your priority.
Lunch time, please make sure your trays are full and ready for your customers.

There is no leadership in this store, not one that i could see clearly anyway. The workers are always struggling upfront while the manager hides in the back of the store. Anytime the manager is needed, she has a nasty attitude. It’s almost always chaotic and disorganized, it’s clearly due to terrible management. Overworked + undermanaged = service

Oh my goodness YUM! This place hits the spot when it comes to asain fast food. If you find yourself in the area stop on by!The place was very busy and the staff was putting in great effort to keep customers flowing. All the food was freshly cooked. Noodles and fried rice were very delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and disinfected.
