Usually I enjoy Panda Express. The food is consistent and it’s not too expensive but I ordered orange chicken and beef broccoli. The beef broccoli was a bit dry but it was waaaay better than the orange chicken which was soggy and flavorless. I fasted all day and was excited for this meal but it was a huge disappointment. It’s unfortunate because I just added the app and was eager to build rewards but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon. At least not this location.

It took WAY too long to get my food. They have one line serving online orders and walk-ins. It was taking forever. The people working there were going as fast as they could. I don’t know if it was not enough people working or bad processes. Do better.

I placed an order online order. My entree was very little. I’m an upset customer cause I’m a regular dine in but their true colors opened up today. Very worried & a upset customer. I retired doing customer service & I am a huge fan of rating Customer Service as well. My food was very little, chowmein, rice & orange chicken. Very unhappy customer. It’s not fare for us who choose to eat there but the takeout service was so undeserved. Portions were super tiny. Pls see who was working about 12 afternoon on June 21st.

Absolutely the worst run restaurant I’ve ever seen. If you order online they won’t make your food until AFTER you get there. Then they will serve all their walk in customers while 8 people who ordered online or delivery drivers stand in a cluster near the online pickup being ignored. Happens every time and the manager should lose their job

Even thro I have to wait a little longer on my food but I didn’t care cause after all there are cooking my food fresh which I love fresh food the smell man I love it !! Other panda there food hell dry or don’t taste good but the one in Lakewood love it the customer service very professional loving treat everyone that walks in with smile well care for ❤️

Oh my goodness YUM! This place hits the spot when it comes to asain fast food. If you find yourself in the area stop on by!The place was very busy and the staff was putting in great effort to keep customers flowing. All the food was freshly cooked. Noodles and fried rice were very delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and disinfected.

This location is a hit or miss. When the food is good, it’s really good however when it’s bad, it’s really bad. This is the portion of orange chicken in my bowl. Clearly a rip off. And the medium sized container of chow mein I ordered was all vegetable no noodle.

We ordered three of the family we decided to go with both noodles and rice unfortunately the rice was kind of dry not quite as flavorful as I expected the noodles were pretty good I could think they could have been better but my kids seem to enjoy them we ordered three different types of chicken when was the one with green beans it was pretty good we got a spicy one my son loved and then we got unfortunately a peanut one which did not go over well my family I told him that I wanted the one like right by it maybe it had cashews I don’t really know but I mean it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what we wanted I mean all in all the experience wasn’t terrible but the food wasn’t quite up to par and fortunately I may be looking into a new go to for my Chinese food we also got two bigger plates also similar subpar
