My husband went inside and what he saw was all the workers sitting around doing nothing. As soon as he went inside a few got up and went to the back. Only one stayed in the dining area as soon as you walk in with her feet up where people sit and on her phone. All the tables were dirty, the floor and it didn’t even smell clean. The floor was sticky. Even the bathroom was dirty. If the dining area looks like that I can imagine what the kitchen area looks like that’s very unprofessional and unsanitary. The manager should be on top of them about that knowing that that the whole restaurant is dirty especially having a very foul odor if he could smell that other people that walk in there will smell it also. Instead of sitting around and on their phone they should be cleaning the entire restaurant.

As a teenager till now 50 years-old, I always enjoyed a good whopper over any other burger restaurant. Today I watched then microwave my double whopper and overheat it. I was used to seeing them flame broiling them and make the sandwich then after. I can buy microwavable burgers at Walmart. I will never eat at Burgerking again.

It was late night after a soccer tournament. I just needed to grab a quick bite. I was greater when I came in and the employee helped me with my order. I did not know you can get a potatoes bun on your Whooper. The place was clean and the food was hot on my first visit. I went back the next day after a long day on the soccer fields and the experience was a little different. All the employees were outside the front door smoking, even the manager. I placed the same order and the onion rings were old in the basket. The employee just dropped them back down in the oil. They never got hot like they should be. This visit was not as good. It isca hit or miss with this location.

Took like 8 minutes just to take my order, when I was the only one in the drive thru, Then the window person seemed to be the only one working. Not happily either, supposed to be fast food!. Happens at this location often. I don’t know if they have a window timer but they were pushing cars around the building instead of the window, I was told to wait at the front door.
