For the third time I ordered using the app and the store is saying they didn’t get my order. Had to call customer service to get a refund everytime. And twice I pull up to the drive thru for a mobile order an hour before they close and the manager is telling me they’re closed. Last I checked google, Burger King’s app, and the hours posted on the drive thru window says close at 11pm. Management is being lazy not wanting to cook and clean as you go until closing hours. Poor customer service. I’ll start driving to another location with better service.

The young lady in drive through is always patient and sweet. I always ask for my food to be made fresh and she does it with no problem. Unlike other fast food restaurants. My grandson is autistic and she makes him smile. That says a lot. The restaurant is always clean so I don’t mind using the restroom inside. You can tell they care about their customers. Great place for a quick snack for my grandbabies.

I just had the most amazing experience that I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant! The man that was at the ordering window was such a gentleman and sk thoughtful to myself and my young son. Ryan at the Burger King drive-thru on Gandy Blvd is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit, he’s friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seems to care about giving great service. He always gets the order right, speaks clearly, and makes the whole experience fast and pleasant — which is rare these days! You can tell he takes pride in his job and brightens people’s day with his positive attitude.
Burger King is lucky to have someone like Ryan on their team. Give this man a raise — he’s the reason we keep coming back!

My experience with this Burger King location is usually ok. But today was the most horrible experience as I had already eaten half of my whopper I take a bite and realized I had either swallowed some of what turned out to be a very long hair which was not mine because I had on a hair bonnet all day and while consuming my food. Call first then went to the store to get a refund and to dispute matter was treated poorly and had authorities called on me and was trespassed for an entire year. Digusting and unnaceptable

If I could give zero stars I would. Both Cashier ladies are extremely rude. Wait time takes forever, one time I spent an hour waiting inside for food.Drive thru time is ridiculously long. The food is burnt half the time. This location needs to get new staff and more training.

I ordered the Oreo Sundae that was displayed on screen. I got to the window and they tried to hand me a Hershey sundae. I explained that I ordered the Oreo sundae just for them to tell me that “they don’t do that”. After telling them that it was on the screen another worker came to the window and yelled “they don’t know what they want”. They put Oreos on top and the cream in the Oreos were green (they didn’t taste like mint Oreos). I threw it away just to play it safe. Terrible service.
