THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
I visited Italianos for lunch today and encountered an unpleasant experience. I ordered the Large Cheese pizza, 20 wings with a 2-liter beverage special for $36.99, and added a large cheese steak Stromboli for $16.99. Additionally, I had pepperoni added to half of my pizza. Over the phone, I was quoted a total of $60, which I found incorrect after cross-referencing their menu online and in-store.
Upon picking up my order, I requested an itemized receipt but only received a bill for $60. When I raised my concern, the front counter person explained the charge included the extra pepperoni. However, this explanation did not justify the total, which clearly didn’t align with their advertised prices. Once they realized I didn’t accept that answer, they said the prices they advertised were out-dated. They refused to reimburse the difference.
It’s frustrating to experience such discrepancies, especially in challenging economic times where every penny counts. I intend to contact the BBB and Attorney General as this seems like a questionable practice. I hope Italianos considers updating their prices for transparency and fairness to their customers.

I ordered 15 wings w/ blue cheese and a salad, I asked for French Dressing. This was Door Dashed. I received 4 cups of Sour Cream, NO FRENCH, NO BLUE CHEESE. The man who answered phone said we don’t have sour cream, THE LIES HE TELLS!!! Its frustrating, because you spend your money for something and you don’t get what you asked for. And you didn’t try to save a steady customer. NO MORE BUSINESS FOR YOU!!

I ordered a pizza and when I reached to pick it up the unknown male told me that I had the wrong number. He stuck with the story and was rude asking me for the number that I called. I showed him the number and even said that I recognized his voice as taking my order. No you called the wrong store. I placed the order again. While he was making the pizza I called the number and he started walking over to the phone and I hung up. I asked him why did he lie to me. I can only assume that the staff at this store believes that they can treat people any way they want because they won’t lose customers. Oh, the pizza was for a group that I volunteer with and they said that the pizza was good.
