Been here 3 separate occasions. Have ordered online I wait 40 min each time for pick up . I ordered a rodeo burger, a sauce packet is almost the same size as the burger it looks like a kids burger dont recommend this location.

Went in the dine room area to place order at 8:55pm on Friday night 9/5/25. The lady at the front counter took my order was very nice and polite however it took 45 minutes to get our food I ordered my daughter the cotton candy icy and it was completely melted before I got the food they did not offer to switch it out the food look like it was just thrown together the fries were cold the sandwiches were cold the manager Amber was a complete ruinous person I’ve ever seen work in that kind of profession I asked her to have a supervisor call me and I left my number and I have not heard nothing I have tried to call several times today that is the worst experience I’ve had ever at Burger King and it was not just myself there was 10 other people that was there waiting their selves it was such a cluster mess for sure.

The customer’s service at this location was fantastic. They walked me through doing a mobile order and made sure I got everything in my bag before pulling off. Gave all kids crowns without having to ask. Made kids day.

We had a wonderful experience at this Burger King and wanted to share it. It was the first time we’ve ever received such a special kind of service at a Burger King. The manager, without us asking, had a lovely gesture toward our two-year-old daughter: she gave her a cookie when she saw her. And it’s not just about the cookie — it was about our daughter’s surprised and happy face as she received it and thanked her for a gift she wasn’t expecting.
On top of the food being delicious, served on time, and with quick service, that gesture truly won our hearts. That’s why we want to share this story and recommend this Burger King location 100%, where all the staff was incredibly kind.

I won’t lie I haven’t had a Burger King breakfast in a minute the lady at the drive-thru register let me know there was a deal on the bacon egg and cheese was super pleasant and the meal was good, God bless you guys and thank you!

This Burger King is on another level.
I recently moved to the area and where I came from, BK was notorious for slow service, indifferent employees and subpar food.
However, I gave this location a shot and I come back over and over because they blow away my expectations every time. This morning’s experience prompted my review, though. I just ordered a Croissanwich combo with a coffee and the woman asked me how I like my coffee, cream and sugar? A lot? A little? Regular amount? I just asked for a normal amount and pulled forward to pay.
I handed her my card and she handed over my coffee and asked me to take a sip to make sure it was good. I took a sip and it was just right. Another woman stepped up and asked “Delicious?” I said yes, thank you.
But I was just really caught off guard by that interaction. Never in my life have I had two workers simultaneously so invested in making sure I was happy with my order, much less at a BK.
It’s clear to see that they take pride in what they do, which is unusual these days. That pride shows in the cleanliness of the store, the taste of the food and the quality of the service.
