I’ve come here for a while and I Love this Burger King, cleaner than others I’ve been to. They take long sometimes but food is great. Cashiers are good but they should bring back the other girl(a lot nicer). Warm food every time

So much for their reward system. I had enough points for an item but they told me I had to buy the same item to use the points but every other Burger King I’ve never had a problem. They’re just trying to get people to pay more to use rewards. Ridiculous.

They just slapped some cold cheese on top of some hot ham in between a cold croissant. Then they put too much cream and sugar in my coffee. I am diabetic so I always order my cream and sugar on the side so I can control my sugar intake. Service was extremely slow today.

Terrible, just terrible. Inability to provide basic order intake accurately or assemble an order. Backups out the door because of this having to correct mistakes making fast food into slow food. Not worth it for the food quality

This burger king has declined in customer service and good tasting fast food, over the years. It took them 3 tries just to get an order correct. Only to mess it up again. It clearly does not go by “have it your way”. I ended up throwing the food in the garbage because my sister can’t eat ketchup and they smeared it on her impossible whopper.

We were the only customers when we placed our order — nothing special just Whoppers, mozzarella sticks and fries. We waited at least 20 minutes for our food. There were 5 or 6 staff members, but none of them seemed to be doing anything useful. We will never come back here again.

Well, I’m reviewing it here because I didn’t get the receipt with the survey hotline number they used to give. Well …I didn’t get a receipt at all. Got a medium bacon egg and cheese croissant combo with 3 french toast sticks that I had to ask for the syrup. A great total of $11. And both Freestyle Coke Machine were missing most of their options. The only people inside the restaurant were a homeless guy and me.

Typical food experience. Had an impossible whopper (vegan style, no mayo). It took 22 minutes in the drive thru. We were watching uber orders get packed up through the window. Happy to have a vegan drive thru option though!
