Every single time I order a grilled cheese they give me 2 slices of bread with melted cheese in it that has clearly just been microwaved and I end up having to put it in the toaster. How are you gonna offer a grilled cheese that is just microwaved?? This place is so mediocre it’s funny. I shouldn’t have to cook food I ordered for someone to make for me that is already overpriced.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Panera Bread, and it will be the last time I ever buy anything from this location. I got the Toasted Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich, Mexican Corn Chowder, and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. My steak sandwich was supposed to have cheese and onions, which was listed in the description. When I received it, it had 2 small pieces of onion, no cheese, and was drowning in horseradish. The corn chowder tasted very watered down compared to the regular corn chowder I have had in the past. The smoothie was in a 16oz cup, which wasn’t filled to the top. Also, I had free chips with my order, but they were not the Panera brand, baked chips. The chips were very oily. I paid over $20 for this meal, when it wasn’t worth $5. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat.

Best Panera Bread location in Knoxville. Friendly staff. Good bagels. Fast paced. Good space for gathering if you have found yourself in the area.

Not a fan of the self-service kiosks. Food is good. Took some time to get our order and they misplaced it by putting it in the to-go area. Staff needs to smile at customers, not just with each other.

This is the absolute worst Panera that I’ve ever been to. I should’ve known whenever I pulled up and there was three crackheads sitting on the porch and the police showed up, but I was determined to get my cinnamon roll, which come to find out they did not have. I got a sandwich and the macaroni and cheese and it was very good. I’ll give them that. However, this was the absolute worst Panera environment that I’ve ever experienced. No charging outlets in any of the booths for studying. There was a homeless man sleeping in one of the booths which prompted us to switch dining rooms. Just a disclaimer. I have no issues with staff talking to one another and having a good time on shift especially when they’re young because that’s probably where they make friends but the whole time that we were there they were shouting across the dining room to each other, which made for a very unpleasant experience. We tried to study and ended up leaving after about 30 minutes because it was too much.

The strawberry poppyseed chicken salad has long been a favorite menu item of mine I always anxiously await for the time when it appears on the menu which is only seasonal however I have been very disappointed with the last 3 times I purchased this item to take out first the dressing was left out of. The order and anyone who has eaten this salad knows how important the dressing is. Second and third the nuts were limited from the ingredients te. Ion the second time I reviewed the list of ingredients online to see if the recipe had chdanged but it clearly states roasted pecans are an ingredient there was not a single pecan included in the salad on 2 separate occasions! Very disappointed in the quality of the take out preparation and will not order the item aagain even though it is one of my favorite items on the menu!

Ordered DD this morning as I do most mornings. I order food for the day as I don’t have time throughout the day. Received the mediterranean bowl with NO rice or quinoa. The top had BBQ sauce on it NOT BBQ ranch!!! It was orange!! So I called and the lady said they never had a mediterranean salad sold that morning!?!? Lie!! I called back and talked to Robert who informed me that they were out of rice and someone had made a mistake on the sauce. ‍♀️ Now I’m out of lunch!!

Friendly staff could be a bit more knowledgeable. Food was hot and fresh. The bread was baked well. Seemed a popular hangout for those conducting business meetings and college students plugging electronics in and taking up extra tablea so finding seating can be a bit of a daunting task. I’m not a fan of kiosk ordering but they do have them as an option. Also available is carry out or delivery via different service companies.

Not as good as most Panera Breads locations. This is my second attempt for this location and for the second time I’m disappointed. My avocado was just one big chunk so when I took my first bite of the first half it shot out of the sandwich onto the ground. I checked the second half and it was the same so I cut it up and spread it out.

This Panera was severely understaffed. They were only utilizing kiosks for ordering. It took over 20 minutes to get my food (just a salad and 1/2 sandwich). The staff that was working was obviously overworked and not very friendly with the exception of the lady working in the dining room. She kindly cleared our plates when we were finished. It had been a long time since I visited Panera and it will definitely be a while before I go back. $20 for a salad and sandwich is a little much.
