It took a hot minute for the drive through to get to me. But when they did the young lady at the window was all smiles and extremely GREAT customer service and interaction. She was very professional, courteous, and handled the food transfer with care. I have a very unique job that caught her eye. A great interaction with this young lady. This will be my go-to spot when the tummy says get Del Taco. Thank you for an AWESOME experience. This experience happened on Saturday 06/24/2023 at approximately 7:00 pm. I ordered 4 mini fish tacos & a chicken big / giant burrito. Damn Good

840pm drive thru line had 3 people including us . Dinning room was closed again as the last 4 times we went there. We waited for over 15 minutes just to take out order . The person taking it was rude when I asked about the deals so we ended up not ordering and leaving rude people in food service is never a good thing. Never going back to this location again bell/grand in supirse. They need to open a new location and hire better management and people maybe they will be able to have their dinning room open because this location has some issues. To bad we love del taco but the experience at this location has made us decide not to return at all to this location hopefully they open another in supirse

Sat in our vehicle and ordered from app, dining area was closed and drive thru had zero cars ever come through while we were there. We ordered then went through the drive thru still no other cars. We ordered a fiesta pack, a combo & chips and guacamole. Got home and the combo bag was missing 2 of the 2 tacos. I know it’s “just” del Taco but to not even get your ONLY order right is so ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru and ordered food and a large soda with extra ice. They filled the cup COMPLETELY with ice and very little soda. The last time I didn’t order extra ice I got very little ice that melted right away. There must be a happy medium somewhere. The lobby was closed and the cashier in the drive thru (saying he is the GM) refused to refill my drink and would not let me come in to get a refill either. What a rip-off. They often close early and food is not consistant in my opinion. I WON’T BE BACK. It’s a shame because I used to really like Del Taco. Maybe corporate needs to step in!
