The croissant was cold, the ham tasted like dirty fridge, hash browns were under cooked, the bathroon had a plunger thrown a side of a toilet, it was horribly dirty, it felt and smelled dirty, just think Im done with burger king, terrible experience!

Place was pretty clean and my food was made fresh. My friends food was not made fresh and she had to wait for another 10 minutes for me to get my food while hers sat. The workers just seemed like they wanted to go home but it was late afternoon lunch. No one else in the building but some drive through orders. 2 workers didn’t have gloves on and one was on phone. Need some training for sure.

Waited in line for a good 10 mins before being served. Not sure what the cashiers were doing. There was also a poor teenager sitting there waiting to get a job interview, he must have sat there waiting for a good 20 minutes to the point he started checking his phone while waiting for the manager to come back to finish his interview. I enjoy Burger King but this wasn’t their best moment. My burgers were fresh though.

My daughter and I went to Burger King on Northlake this morning 02/19/2023 First the croissant sandwiches and hash browns they were hard. I returned them and ask them if we could have them fresh. Then they gave us the croissants with half cook bacon on it. We ask for a cup of ice they never gave it to us. The guy left us at the window like I’m not giving you nothing. This was unacceptable.

Stale food most of the time. Wait times are ok depending on when you go. The highlight though is the customer service. The staff and one of the male Managers are so bad till they’re downright rude. No one told you to work at BK.

I had an incredible experience at this location. The General Manager Iris was so helpful and professional, she went above and beyond to assist me with my order. Due to my large order, Dexter double checked with me about the burgers. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you also to T.K. And Tara for their help and kindness. Thank you all truly.

I used to love Burger King as a child, so I do feel bummed out that this location has permanently tainted that for me. I would be willing to overlook the wait times for food and genuinely unhappy staff, if the food didn’t make me so sick that I go through nearly every stage of grief. I have never gotten as violently sick in my life from anything before. Every time I have gotten food from here, I have thrown up so badly that I would lose function of my body, and almost pass out. The first time it happened, I thought maybe it was an issue with me and decided to wait to go back to this location for a very long time. The second and third time, I realized the only common denominator was this Burger King. I am afraid to ever come back to this location and outright refuse to ever go to any Burger King again because of my experiences. No idea what they are doing to the food, or what unsanitary thing happens behind the scenes to cause this. I eat at other fast food restaurants without feeling like I just got punched in every organ in my body. At least I know where to go if I need to purge.
