Went to the Burger King drive through tonight to try the “How to Train Your Dragon Flamed Whopper and Mozzarella Sticks.
The whopper itself tastes really good. Not that spicy but I like the taste of it. I didn’t get any pickles (sorry guys I’m not a pickle person). The bacon on the whopper is definitely a plus and I felt like they had a very generous amount of toppings.
The mozzarella sticks breading was a bit spicy but it gave the coating a nice little kick to it.
Really enjoyed my late night meal tonight.

My daughter and I loved this Burger King on Commercial Blvd. close to University Drive until approximately 2 months ago. It’s taken that long to get over the all the food, especially the rotten lettuce, uncooked chicken looking puffy in the middle. We eat well as my husband is a prominent talented chef in Ft. Lauderdale 40 years. We raced about how good the food was and even spoke to a manager who probably wasn’t there anymore because the food was what it’s suppose to be then. Now we have to go out of our way to find one that has fresh food. Sorry From a lifetime Burger King lover. It hurts to write this. Hopefully it helps.

This was the first time I’ve been to a BK in recent YEARS that I received great service! I had lost all hope and rarely ever go because I always went in with high hopes and cravings and left stressed out, disappointed and unfulfilled. The male manager who took my order was in a rush taking my order, got the order wrong and when I went back to get it corrected, all they did was slide the ingredients I didn’t want off. The outside of the wrapper was greasy, which was the first red flag to check the sandwich again. Just to open it and still see bits and pieces of lettuce on the burger. When I asked for a refund he refused, I had to ask 6 times for a refund because he was arguing me down to just let them remake the sandwich. I kept refusing. He said he didn’t see the lady slide off the stuff, I said yes u did, I watched you through the window stand right there in the kitchen. And then he wouldn’t give me a receipt with the refund and stated that he wasn’t giving me one because he would have to put it in the system and his boss would be asking him questions about it. Had he had the kitchen person REMAKE the burger he wouldn’t be worried about his boss asking anything. So no receipt therefore idk if I even got the correct amount of $$ refunded.

I usually hate coming to this bk due to the rude managers and lousy service. Today I came and was greeted by Renee. She was super nice, very respectful and make sure my order was fresh. She even offered me a cup holder. I know that’s minor and should be offered but coming from this bk, that was major! Hopefully Renee will now be that pick me up this bk needs!!!

Where to start? Felt like there was an attitude issue from the very beginning. The person on the other line of the order didn’t seem to have patience. We ordered 2 large whopper combo with one whopper without cheese, mayo and bacon. This choice was not just a matter of taste but it was because my wife religion. She does not consume pork in any form and specifically said no bacon on the order.
When we get a home we each pick our meal that was clearly marked on the cover and proceeded to dig in. A quarter into her sandwich we discovered 3 bacon strips.
She rushed to the bathroom to throw up and stayed there for an hour.
This is unacceptable. This is almost as crucial as an allergic reaction. If she has any side effects, we may want to pursue more legal actions.
As a person who works retail I can understand a wrong order. This on the other hand are employees trained in the food industry. They need to be coached better.

Manager at this place was very rude. Go to the one on Mcnab or a little west they are much nicer. They decided to not honor the senior discount I always get.

Always a good meal at this Burger King. Great Croissan’wich and hashbrowns. Restaurant is clean and well kept. Had friendly service with a smile and they took my coupon. 🙂
