The breakfast croissant sandwiches has change. It definitely doesn’t look like what’s advertise on the menu. I frequently visited this location , and this has been going on for a few months .
I was given a very thin slice of burnt egg, instead of the fluffy folded egg and today I was given once slice of ham instead of two. I flip the egg over and it was burnt. I took some pictures of the previous days . I also wanted to see if it was all the BK that’s doing this and it’s not, it is just this location 6125 w sunrise blvd . It’s so bad I can’t even taste the ham or the egg .

Dear [Burger king Management,
I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about your team at this location. One of your employees, Grishon (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), consistently does an excellent job. Every time I visit while he’s working, everything runs smoothly, and the service is always great. He’s professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work — definitely one of your best employees on the night shift.
However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with another employee who has dreadlocks. On more than one occasion, he’s told me that the machines were down, and during another visit, he told my wife that the location was closed because a truck had arrived. Whenever he’s working, the experience is far less pleasant and seems poorly managed.
If possible, I’d appreciate knowing what times or days Grishon works, as I’d prefer to visit when he’s on shift. I really enjoy coming to this location when the service is good, and I hope this feedback helps improve consistency for all customers.

Sheena is the absolute best! I have a few Burger Kings I pass on the way to work and I actually go out of my way to go to this one. Sheena always has a smile, gets my order right and gets my day off to a good start!

The management there now in December 2025 they need new management Burger King is suppose to be house of BK JOE COFFEE and due to the poor customer service and environment I will no longer be a customer of Burgerking. And they have roaches photos coming soon. The big one’s not the small ones.

UPDATE – I purchase a whopper meal , never asked for extra mayo and I got a lot of mayo mess! It was very sloppy messy burger.

I’m surprise this location is still in business . Every time I get a meal with fries , the fries is always old , cold and burnt . Fresh hot fries should be made often . Waiting for the food is inside takes 35 minutes long, going to drive thru is even worse, they would have me back my car and move forward again because they are being timed .
The people there are lazy and stress out . no sense of urgency of getting your food done fast.
Updated Don’t go to the Burger King on 3200 N University drive Sunrise fl, 33351 location . The short manager with the red dreads is used to be at 6125 w Sunrise Blvd location now at 3200 N university she’s the worst. STAY AWAY and Check your bag I guarantee you will not get what you asked for..

When ordering my food to eat, I am given a glass and then I go and pour myself something to drink at the machine. I try all the drinks and none of them have gas. I notify the representative and she tells me that the machine does not have gas and it is of no use to me. inside your machine. What a disgrace. Then I go to the men’s bathroom and a woman was inside the men’s bathroom and never came out. What is the organization here, there is no time to place a paper in the soda machine before the customer spends $15 on food that they could not enjoy.

I’ve noticed a huge improvement at Burger King over the last five months! The restaurant is much cleaner, from the dining area to the restrooms, and everything looks well-maintained. The staff seems more attentive, and the service has been quicker and more efficient. My food has been fresh and hot every time, which makes a big difference.
I also want to highlight the manager with the dreads—she was very nice and professional. I didn’t catch her name, but she made sure everything was running smoothly and provided great customer service. It’s great to see Burger King stepping up its game—I’ll definitely be coming back more often!
