Ordering at the drive thru is impossible. The lady only speaks Spanish. She couldn’t even tell me my total when I was paying. When I thanked her for the food and told her to have a great day she just slammed the windows in my face. Very poor customer service. Please hire bilingual employees and people with kinder attitudes!

Whopper always cold like they took the veggies out the fridge and my whooper jr was cold except the buns the fries was super hot that’s all I could eat wasted money I remember ordering a breakfast sandwich and instead of a sausage they gave me the hamburger meat 2x like no one’s gonna know…best to cook at home I guess!

Experience was a disaster, ordered 4 double cheeseburgers (no bun) waited forever to order and even longer in drive thru to get to window. I was given one double cheeseburger. I asked for my money back and manger said she would fix this. I waited and she brought me two double cheeseburgers. terrible service

I am extremely disappointed it the customer service we received today as we go to this location at least 3 times a week, but today they got the order wrong and then treated my son as if he was trying to get something for free when he was just asking for the items we PAID FOR. The order was 4 large hash browns and I only got 3, and I ordered a biscuit with ham, bacon, and sausage but got a REGULAR CROISSAN’WICH instead. When my son went back to request they give us the missing items (he took the entire order back) the manager was extremely rude to him. She stated that ” WE ARE NOT MAKING ANYMORE HASCHBROWNS SO I’M GOING TO GIVE YOU FRIES.” “THE ORDER WAS MADE CORRECTLY IT SAID A CROISSAN’WICH AND NOT A BISCUIT SO I WILL NOT GIVE ANOTHER ONE. I MADE THE ORDER AND I KNOW IT WAS CORRECT!” Needless to say that after seeing how little loyal customers mean to this location we will be going to McDonald’s (which is much closer to our house) from now on. I refuse to spend on average $150 a week on an establishment that doesn’t value and respect its customers.

Horrible service, I called them after they delivered the wrong food , talk to them was impossible, I called 20 times and nobody responded the phone , besides no paying attention when they do the order and packed the wrong food , you have they a chance to correct it, but nobody picked up the phone , for sure never will buy from this BK again. Shame on the manager that don’t even care about the clients .
