Never coming back. I went there at 8:20 pm. We were the ONLY customers; we had a perfectly valid coupon and they wouldn’t accept it, using cheap excuses (“the system isn’t accepying any coupons at this hour”), as if the coupon had a TIME written on it.

I worked as a Manager at Burger King for more than 5 years so I should know when a burger is correctly cooked right? Well this was the burger that you gave it to me, that cheeseburger was for my kids and it was grilled??? Absolutely not! It was cooked in a fryer, in the same fryer where you fry your Crispy chicken or your nuggets or maybe in the same fryer where you cooked your French fries! I know it is faster, it takes you less than a minute in the fryer temperature but the texture… you know… it is completely different and it is against the Burger King Corporation Food Regulations. I’m giving you 1 star because there is no way to get a 0. I hope you get really well on your next inspection, at least try to cook your burgers meat in the broiler, it’s easier!

This is the worst place to come and grab food through drive-thru. There was no people inside the lobby and no vehicle in the drive-thru. They took 37 minutes just to take my order and another 15 minutes to get my food.
