Nice Burger King, clean, friendly staff, love the soda machine with multiple Coke options if you like Vanilla Cherry Coke or Orange Vanilla Coke options. I was spending a night at the Holiday Inn Miami Airport across the street and just walked over for breakfast.

Honestly, no shame to this Burger King. But this is the closest Burger King to me at work every time I come here on my lunch break, the food is very messy made. The fries are cold when served, my chicken sandwich always has juice, and the drinks are water down. I do not think that the quality of this Burger King is the same as any other Burger King I’ve ever been to. not sure if it’s the area, the cook, the workers, but it is definitely not my favorite Burger King. I’m actually considering to drive a little more for better quality food.

The food was fresh but the cashier had a horrible attitude. Asked her for a double whopper with cheese and to add extra, then she proceeds to tell me no. I asked her politely to ask. She gave an eye roll then came back and added it. I received the whooper with a single slice. I then told her, and she got mad. Then proceeds to a back and forth with a supervisor weather I paid for it. Which I did. The cashier had a stank attitude and clearly does not care about interactions with people.

We rented a car but our phones weren’t working, we needed free wireless urgently. Burger king provided food, bathroom break and wireless do go on with our journey.

I had to pay original price for my order because the coupon my Burger King app had wasn’t loading in their system. Instead of honoring it they made me pay full price. I worked at Burger King for years and I know they could have given the coupon price but none of the managers tried to do anything about it. The most helpful one was the cashier. She was the only one interested in helping me. Talk about lazy people

This place is a nightmare!! I waited 26 minutes for 2 croissantwiches and they were too disgusting to eat! Bathrooms are horrendous and sticky! They need to be shutdown by a health inspector!
