Coming from SWFL, I never knew my burger was soggy and rushed until I came to this Burger King. My burger came in a nice box like an engagement ring sitting in a nice little snug blanket of a paper wrap waiting to be devoured. Very delicious, almost ate the paper as well!

Cashier was more interested in chatting with friends than helping me. Tried getting her attention but no luck. Finally a manager asked if I ordered, yes on self service order kiosk, he then checked out on register but I got a whopper instead of double cheeseburger. Then ice machine was out of ice. Not a friendly place.

Horrible! Placed order for bacon cheeseburger plain and large coke. 20 minutes later, still waiting. We were the only ones there when we arrived.
Once we got the order we went back to vehicle, opened it up and there was some kind of onion ring burger. Figured it’s not worth the effort trying to get this corrected so we left. This is the third visit recently that order was wrong, shall not be going back.

I order a whopper meal, kids meal, and extra nuggets for my family. We already didn’t want to order from there but I figured we hungry let’s try…… WHY DID I DO THAT. you mean to tell me all you had to do was make sure the driver have the right order. I’m eating John D dinner sorry I eat it we was hungry… don’t worry I was cold and nasty you didn’t miss nothing.. I was better of going to the corner store for my dinner. I went to purchase the new wooper steak meal at the register after 15 minutes in front of the register waiting and been ignored by the staff I decided to go to the competition and got my meal. It wasn’t what I wanted but I was hungry terrible service the staff dint care about their customers. So sad one less customer.

My childhood BK, be patient & kind to the team making your food. Don’t be in a rush doesn’t help, if you are nice and order clearly this is a hidden gem for decades. Love their fries and whopper “off the grill” as my dad used to order 🙂

Best experience ever. I have had bad experience in other fast food restaurant and about over a year ago in this same location. But last visit was completely different.
