The bathrooms were okay, the toilets were disgusting, but there was no smell. From what I could see of the kitchen, it looked clean and well kept, and the dine in area was clean, the food was freshly cooked, nice and hot. The service was amazing, friendly, quick, and professional, and the staff had a great sense of humor.

This was the creepiest restaurant I have ever been to. There were only 2 cars in parking lot but there were no customers. I believe the same associate took my order, cooked it and performed the money transaction. I wanted to use rest room but was afraid to go in. It was like being in the Twilight Zone. This needs to be addressed! You just lost a customer forever

Went to dine in on a Saturday and the female manager told me with an attitude that they were serving drive-thru only. There was no sign on the door saying anything about that even though there were people sitting in the dining room eating. She also tried to say something like “I don’t understand how” and never finished her sentence before going back into the kitchen. I walked here so I did not get anything to eat. Took my business elsewhere where I was treated nicer.

This place is the dirties place I have ever been in my whole life. The ceiling and the windows are all dirty. I reported them to county code inspectors. The fries taste so nasty because the oil they use is old and they keep reusing it. Nasty place.

I ordered a kid’s meal hamburger with a coke. They served me a hamburger if that was still raw in the hole Burger was ice-cold even though the fries were pretty hot and tasty. Mycoke tasted like five different sodas and one and it was pretty disgusting. I would never go there again.

This has got to be the worst Burger King I have ever been too. There isn’t anything nice I can say really, except that it’s close to home.. . But if you can never get food from there or even worse… Are afraid to eat what food you do get, then being close isn’t really a perk!

I visited your restaurant in DeBary today, Friday 4/28/23, at 1:15 pm. When I noticed an extremely long line at the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. When I tried to enter, I noticed all the doors were locked. I asked one of the people in the drive-thru if anyone answered the speaker. She said she had been trying for 5 minutes and has received no response. Every other time I have visited your restaurant the wait has been horrible and my order has been wrong. Every time. I will not return. I’ve never seen a chain restaurant operated so poorly. The franchise owners email doesn’t work either.
