Terrible experience from start to finish.
The manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward my wife. The issue started simply because my wife tried to use a valid coupon we had. Instead of helping or explaining things politely, the manager spoke to her in a very rude tone and with a bad attitude.
The food was just as bad:
• The fries were undercooked and raw
• The food tasted bad overall
• We found a hair in the fries, which is absolutely unacceptable
There was no apology and no attempt to fix the situation, just attitude and disrespect.
If this is how customers are treated for trying to use a coupon, I can’t imagine how other issues are handled.
We will never come back.
Do not recommend at all.

We eat at Burger King everywhere, we’ve had an Amazing experience with this location, we ordered 3 impossible burgers, usually everywhere else, they get burnt. Not here, Ms. Gina did a great job perfecting those patties.
Ilalee the general manager, was taking care of multiple customers when we arrived, she got our order super fast. Thank you to everyone who works here. Great customer experience.

Horrible experience in drive through. They need to be trained better. No customer service. Calling corporate. And also called another burger king to relay what they did and to get a number. They offered free food and apologized for the store. They need orange city gm to train them! Also nasty place to eat.

Okay I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t really think this is the staffs fault. I ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay. After I paid they told me to wait at the first window until they told me to pull up. I waited 9 minutes and then the cashier told me to pull up. If I waited 9 minutes and I’m being generous my food should be hot. I was a district manager for Wendy’s years ago and it seemed like they were more focused on faking service times than great service. There were 6 cars behind me going through the same thing I was. My onion rings were cold along with my burgers. But is it really their fault? I seen 3 people in the back working. If the staff maybe had one more person and better leadership you could easily raise your sales. Do you know how many people got out of line and pulled off. I’m sorry but I will always give you my honest opinion.

Went in there with my wife a week ago the manager was upfront, spoke with us. She was very polite very pleasant all the ladies and they were pleasant. We joked and laughed while I waited for my food. The food was hot. It was fresh. It was quick and easy and it was good the app. The atmosphere was all decorated nice for Halloween, the experience was overall great. Will return again when I’m in that area.

Stopped in on 23-Jan to try the new SteakHouse Whopper. Have lived here since long before this BK was built, have not been in this one for a while.
Order the SteakHouse Whopper Combo w/fries and added a fish sandwich. Soda machine was out of some flavors, but they have enough options that it was not a big deal.
Food came out fairly quickly. Pulled out the fries, they were cooked well. Tasted fresh, not old and re-dropped. They were hot and crisp but not so hot that I couldn’t eat them. Good taste as well.
Ate the fish sandwich first. It was … ok. Seemed it might have been a little old, but I’ve had worse. Not a bad sandwich but not great.
Then the reason I was there – the SteakHouse. It was a good sandwich. Good taste, the lettuce was cold, the tomato was cold and had flavor, the burger was hot. Bun was soft. The sandwich had obviously been made to order, not served from a holding bin.
Staff was friendly, place was clean. Did not use the restroom, so can’t comment on those.
I will likely stop back in on occasion; it was a good overall visit.

I want to give a big shoutout to Belinda at this Burger King location. She takes my order in the mornings and already knows exactly what I want every time. She’s always so kind, friendly, and welcoming, and it truly makes my mornings better. It’s really nice to start the day with such great customer service. Because of her, I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location. Thank you, Belinda, for always being awesome!

I went through the drive thru. I was told to wait and that I would be helped in a moment. By the way that moment turned into 5 minutes. I placed my order and paid at the first window. I was told to wait at the pay window and I would be told when to go the first window to pick up my food. It was 20 minutes later before I got my food. So much for fast food service and I was the first person in the drive thru que. I saw 5 cars pull around me who no doubt got tired of waiting. Can someone tell me why they make you wait at the pay window until your food is ready? The food was bad. The fries were cold and the burgers were soggy and salty. Burger King has fallen off. The level of customer service is not what it use to be and the food is horrible. It ia definitely a hit or miss situation when you go this location. I have become so frustrated because I have frequently gotten food from this location and tonight I reached a high level of frustration being charged for garbage food and poor customer service. Avoid this resturant if you can and go to another Burger King location.

Visited this mcdonalds with my kids, our first food stop on our Visit to Florida, I ordered a child’s meal, a chicken sandwich meal and a fish sandwich, when I received the bag with the 2 reg side meals, took out the sandwich and gave the one that was NOT marked as chicken to my son who ordered the fish sandwich. Well he, an 11 year old child ate half his sandwich by the time I opened mine that was clearly marked as a chicken sandwich, when I realized I had a fish sandwich. I took the sandwich to the country, where they said they would get a manager,. I asked for my sandwich to be made, and I was gonna give my son the sandwich thay he requested, it turned into a huge seen! I have been in fast food for many many years! Never ever would I have treated my customers like I was treated! They wanted the sandwich back to remake mine so I gave them the half eaten one. They threw it alway and I have to leave hungry without being returned my money for their error! The lady said to and about my son, “its common sense if he took a bit its not fish” well its common sense that you all handled that situation very very poorly! And I will work this up the chain. I would also like my money back for the sandwich they threw away. How are you gonna tell me you use the same wrap for all sandwich. But the poppers have their own and the cheeseburger had a different one! Poor poor poor customer service!

Stayed across the street and thought it was convenient to walk across to get food. Just like the other reviews… I should have known. Absolutely terrible! Place has no customers, yet the parking lot is full of trash. Every table seemed to be dirty and greased with finger prints. No ice in the machine. No soda options available. Half of the staff was sitting at tables playing on their devices. The person working drive through was answering the window from their seat in the dining room. My food order was super quick, but sloppy. Where are their work ethics in this dump? Would never return to this location, even if it was the only place to eat.
