No knock at all on the food. But the service at this Burger King is just as terrible as the service on the south end of town. There should be no reason to sit at the order menu in the drive thru for 15 min and not have your order taken. The two Crestview Burger Kings have the worst service times of any Burger King’s I’ve ever been to.

I hadn’t eaten at a Burger King in a while because the one in my hometown is very poorly maintained and run. This was a newer facility, an old location where they had just rebuilt it. I tried a new chicken sandwich and liked it. I really enjoyed the fries, they had just the right amount of salt. No real issues except for the chairs were on the table and we thought the lobby was closed at first. But the service was good and the staff was friendly. I would probably return to this location next time I’m in that town.

I didn’t go inside I went through the drive-thru But we went through the drive-thru and ordered our food and the girl told us the way she was ringing it up it was going to be cheaper she didn’t get our order right nor was it cheaper and we had to go back to get a burger that she had left off she didn’t listen to our order at all I ordered a Whopper meal and two chicken sandwiches and 2 sodas and we got two chicken sandwiches when we went back for the burger that we had ordered she was trying to tell us all we ordered was the chicken sandwiches

Placed order online. Went to the drive thru to pick it up. They couldn’t find the order. Then finally did. Was there for over 30 minutes. They was not busy. I asked to talk to the manager. She was not happy that I asked to talk to her. She never said sorry or offered any discount card. She wanted to argue with me and then shut the window on me. I never raised my voice or cussed at her. This was good customer service. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN.

To me burger king has the best chocolate shakes in town. Not to thick and not to thin and the prefect one size only. I just had to stop and get me one. Business was slow but i was able to get in and out in no time. And the store was clean. Not many times i can say that any place in town can put a smile on my face like a burger king chocolate shake.
