Definitely one of the cleanest Burger kings I’ve been to.
I mean this place was spotless!
Even the bathroom was super clean.
The staff were super friendly, especially Gayle at the front counter!
Got my food fairly quick!
Love how I was offered ketchup, didn’t even have to ask for it!
The fries were nice and fresh and filled to the top.
My original chicken sandwich was delicious and presentable.
Looked like it was hand crafted not just slapped together.
The music was good, definitely a relaxing atmosphere and considerably quiet for having a lot of blue collar workers in here.
I wish all burger kings were like this one!
Definitely my new lunch spot whenever I work in this area.
Whoever the manager is needs to pat herself on the back for this one!

Came through at night and for over 15 minutes while slow they left uncooked fries and patties on the counter top. I usually love this location. But that can be dangerous depending on how long it was sitting there before I even walked in…

I am a diabetic and was on the road all day today traveling. At around 8 o’clock this evening. I stopped at the Burger King on State Road 52 in San Antonio, Florida. My sugar had been running low and I had a headache and nausea and needed something to eat. I ended up waiting at the drive-through for 10 minutes with no one asking if they could take my order, so I proceeded to go into the restaurant to see if I could place my order inside. When I complained about the weight at the drive-through, a blonde, heavyset woman who I believe was the manager had her back to me and said they were busy. I was shocked that she would be so Kurt and never actually turned around to look at me or say I’m sorry for your weight. How can I help you that I was speechless. I said never mind I do not want food that you had anything to do with preparing and left the restaurant.
I have been a customer of Burger King‘s all over the state of Florida and have never been to one where the manager was so outrageously rude. I don’t know whether she didn’t like me because of my age or just didn’t like me because I wasn’t happy with the service? I’ve been in the customer service business for 50 years and have never been treated as poorly as she treated me and did this in front of her employees. You might want to tighten up on your customer service training because evidently this woman has none.
I Will never visit that Burger King again and I do live in that area. I believe if she did this to me that she has done it to other customers as well. This does not reflect well on your establishment.
I had To to drive down to State Road 54 and stop at a McDonald’s in order to get something to eat. If one of my employees acted the way she did she wouldn’t be there any longer.

Went to the restaurant to try the SpongeBob meal. I was pleased to find they had it in stock. The SpongeBob meal was not that great in my opinion, but the presentation was good. Wife and kids loved the food. I did not enjoy the different bun that was used for the whopper. All in all the SpongeBob meal was a 5/10 pretty middle of the road. The Patrick star meal however was PHENOMENAL. This particular Burger King had decent employees and cleanliness. I would go back.

Today I was the only person in the drive thru line. Waited 11 minutes at the window to get my food after I ordered it – the receipt shows 4:06. Nobody acknowledged me at all at the window. They finally brought my food at 4:17 & asked if I had my drink (I didn’t). I asked the girl why I waited 10 min at a drive thru (was 11 min) and she told me I didn’t wait 10 min. Frustrating! You gotta do better BK.

We stopped by Burger King with our three little ones (all under 4), and I just have to say how impressed we were with the staff! The employees were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding—something that makes a huge difference when you’ve got young kids in tow. They helped make our visit smooth and stress-free, and the food came out hot and fresh. It’s not always easy eating out with little ones, but their friendly attitude made it such a pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Please read. The staff is friendly enough, but this is the SLOWEST Burger King DRIVE THROUGH I’ve ever been to. It literally takes 15 minutes to get through three cars during non-lunch hour / rush hour. I am sitting here stunned as I just opened up my whopper Junior sandwich, which is no longer the familiar whopper Junior, but is now a teeny tiny “slider”!!! They have taken shrink-flation to a whole new level. I will not be buying the whopper juniors anymore. And if they do the same to the whopper, I will be done with Burger King forever

This place is pathetic. The only reason I stop is cause it is closest restaurant to my home. The wait time is way too long. And the food is warm at best. And I literally only live 5min down the road. The service is poor as well. The employees have the personalities of a wet mop. No care in the world for their job which translates down to the customers. The good news is, there isn’t Taco Bell and a Culvers opening soon so I won’t have to waste my time here anymore.
