I’ve been going here for almost 10 years. The food is amazing and a great price. Family owned and operated, and they treat you like family too. They get very busy during lunch hour for a reason. I recommend coming in for lunch a little early or a little late and trying the Spanish bean soup with whatever sandwich you like. They’re all good!

We are in Lakeland for a few days and just happened to find this place. We’re really glad we did! I had the Italian which was excellent. My husband had the Cuban and said it was way better than the one he had last week at the Columbia restaurant.

Was in the area looking for lunch and found this gem. The food was excellent with one caveat. I got the Philli steak and cheese and it was hot, fresh, tasted great. There was plenty of steak, veggies and cheese. The only issue I had was the bread it’s served on. It’s very fresh but it broke apart on the first bite and every bite after it just broke apart more. After 3-4 bites, it was no longer a sandwich, I basically had to eat it with the fork provided. I think a heartier bread would have helped. I prefer a sandwich that I don’t need a fork and knife to eat and a stack of napkins.
Having said that, I would absolutely eat there again. I’d try a different sandwich next time. The casual atmosphere was pleasant and the service was fast and friendly and the wait was minimal. I’m still giving it 5 stars because it tasted great and the portions were very generous. The cost was very economical which was a pleasant surprise.

One of the best subs I’ve ever had not your typical Philly or meatball sub, there subs are unique!! And absolutely delicious.
It was my first time here,the owners were super nice,and the environment was positive, they made there subs quick. I had the Philly steak and cheese and meatball sub..I’ll be back for the chicken philly!

Ordered the kids cheese cuban sandwich(no meat comes on this sandwich very disappointing) it was hard and awful, asked if I could change it to something else and the owner (lady) very rude stated no you can purchase something else. I come here quite often for lunch, but it’s definitely will be my last time. No ma’am I’ll take my money else were they value loyal customers!

Why drive here? To get personal service, to be treated like family, to be waited on, to taste the care they put into what they do, actually taste the pride. The best fries evah! Great prices, fast and fresh local service and food, this place is always delivering quality, we never hesitate to come here. Delicious! Adding update April 2024: you must try the home made fresh ranch with your fries, ask for the ranch and you will be changed, it is a great dip for the incredible fries!

Had a roast beef on pressed Cuban bread that was very good. Best potato salad I’ve ever had. Very good Black beans and rice French fries are hot and fresh. This place makes great sandwiches but they have other choices also. They are friendly and fast too. Prices are reasonable.
