The workers on 8/20/2023, were unprepared and unprofessional. Playing games on the intercom system. Zero hospitality or any real appreciation of my existence. Suggest firing all personnel aside from the deaf, black, cook. She was the only one that showed any life of hard work. A machine experience would be much preferred then dealing with children that have attitudes that need correction.

This Burger King location is open until 12am. If you arrive at 11:15 you will sit in the drive thru and be ignored. Lights on, absolutely open just don’t want to provide service. If they are going to do this they should change their closing time to 11pm or whenever they have decided they no longer want to work.

Ripped me off. I ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese at drive thru got home and only had 2 single whoppers. I called and they wanted me to drive back down there so he could remake my sandwiches and I said no I’m going to eat first because I haven’t eaten all day and I said better yet I’ll just call corporate you know what I’m never going to spend my money there again they are a rip off!?

I went through drive through and ordered. I thought I ordered meal but could be wrong. What I am not wrong on is my bacon was undercooked, the huge overweight woman rolled her eyes at me 2 times when I went inside and showed her my raw bacon. Then she refunded money to my account instead of letting me know the difference which is what I told her I would pay

Ordered online at home, and when I got there they told me that their fryers were all down, so they couldn’t make a majority of my order. They refused to offer me a full refund, and refused to make equivalent valued food on site, and told me I must cancel my order from the app. The app wouldn’t let me cancel my order, and instead a support ticket was opened, saying I may have to wait 24-48 hours to hear back. This store also refused to give me the managers number, making up an excuse about the manager’s phone. Even if their phone was lost/broken and they were getting a new one, the number would be the same! Lousy service, never going back to this location!!

This has got to be my worst visit I’ve ever experienced at any Burger King in my entire life! First off when I pulled into the drive thru instead of being greeted the lady had an attitude. My kids were in the car and they asked me what did I think was wrong with her. Upon pulling up to the window I forgot to order my daughters tator-tots and I asked the lady if I could place an order at the window for the tots because my daughter really wants them. The lady literally through a temper tantrum scaring my kids to death. Keep in mind I’m on my way to take them to school. My daughter started crying and said it’s okay daddy she’s mean. So I left to drop them off and went back for the tots. Upon pulling up to the window once I started to speak the lady literally slammed the door in my face. NEVER will I go to this Burger King or any Burger King in this area. They’re not worth being treated like that. To top things off! I asked the lady for her name. She simply stated I’m not telling you that sir. The tots were cold as if she sat them to the side until I came back. If I’m not mistaken her name is TRISTA SIMMONS the general manager I would assume because her uniform was different from everyone else’s. I would highly recommend for you not to go to this location. This lady screamed and through a temper tantrum in front of my 5 and 7 year old. They are terrified of Burger King now!

I am LIVID! Will NEVER come back to this Burger King location again! My husband and I asked for both our chicken sandwiches to be off the fryer, they had us pull up & wait for 20mins, my husband took a bite of his sandwich & it’s COMPLETELY RAW! I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich-paid $6 for it, just to look in the bag & I did NOT receive the OCS, I received the dollar Chicken sandwich. When I walked in to let them know, everybody except for one sweet lady had an attitude. I didn’t even get to speak to anybody. They just slammed the refund receipt onto counter and walked off. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & LEARN HOW TO FULLY COOK A CHICKEN PATTY OR GET OUT!!!!

Worst experience, was told after 5 min sitting in drive thru they would be with us in a min. 15 minutes later still no one. Drove around the building, no one’s even in the building. THEY CLOSE AT 12am, it was 8:30pm! Management needs to have a better handle on their employees. Hire quality not quantity….
