It’s usually really good, especially because I’m a vegetarian and I get the impossible whopper. For some reason at this Location on Nova and Dun Latin. The employees are always super nice period they do get thrown off a little when I order the impossible whopper. Don’t know why it’s usually a bit of a discussion, but other than that very good and they’re like the only chain that sells a veggie burger.

I am new in the area and didn’t want to make dinner after moving, so fast food it was! My kids had nugget kids meals and I had a couple of burgers. I was shocked on how friendly everyone was especially with how busy they were! It set a good standard on how I view this town already. Made me feel “welcome” and it’s a nice feeling. Thank you Burger King and your crew. We will be back!

This store had earned my respect. Everytime I have come through, my order has always been correct, fresh and service has been great. Very friendly staff. I’ve gone for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never disappointed regardless of what these other people say

Corporate antics at their finest. Camera or sensor? The car ahead of us in the drive thru had to pull up as soon as they got to the window 2 while we were held at window 1. Then they were served by someone walking out of the building. We were still held at window 1 for 3+ minutes after the other car left. Then we were finally allowed to go to window 2 with our drink to immediately be handed “fresh and hot order.” The 2 sandwiches (not a big order) and hash rounds. The sandwiches were hot and fresh, the rounds were not.

I was very impressed. I have a family of 6 to feed and I placed a large order through the mobile app. When I got there, it was nearly complete and by the time I got to the second window, everything was ready to go. All food was hot and fresh and service was great! Definitely will be returning

They are very slow and most of the staff are rude and that’s probably because they don’t have enough staff working there. Why have two drive thru windows if you’re only going to use the first one. I worked at a McDonald’s for years, and the first window was for taking money and the second was for handing out the food. The owner of that McDonald’s would stand outside with a timer in his hand to see how fast we were getting the orders done in the drive thru. The one I worked at was one of the owner’s fastest drive thru’s he owned. They need management that cares about the guest not just the money!

Terrible experience. Filthy everywhere . Slow service. Disrespectful staff. They are extremely understaffed and the staff at the counter and window do NOT seem very well trained.
While sitting in the restaurant for 45 minutes waiting for our food, we watched the woman working at the window, grabbing parts of our order to fill her window orders for cars that had pulled up after we had ordered. We told them please give us at least the kids happy meal so that the four year-old could start eating. While we waited, other orders were given out and some then some people left due to the wait time.
Then we overheard the woman say “hurry up so she won’t keep complaining”. We were waiting 45 minutes for a kids meal, a whopper jr. with cheese meal and some cheese fries. They were confused about our order as we tried to tell them what we still needed: whopper jr, fries and cheese sticks. Finally, the woman said that if we weren’t happy, she would refund the money and we could leave. We had already given the little one his kid’s meal, but we canceled the rest of our order, took the money and left. We will not return to this location!

My order was fine (chicken jr.). My son’s order was fine, hot and fresh (Whopper, fries and a drink) . Burger King employee Kandie was great , a saint , veryy patient with the older lady customer. Yess, I’m 64 lol but customer was older than me . Customer wasn’t sure what she wanted ! A duo ? A trio ? Goooood thing , I’d already ordered !! She was patient and explaining I’d say DEFINITELYY 5 minutes easily (maybe 7 or 8) ! Kandie was danggg patient !!

The poor souls who work here need management/owner to step and help.
They deliver the food properly, they are always understaffed. 4th visit and always experienced same long waits, even when order ahead on app. Sorry to say next time I want BK I will drive 20 minutes away and still get home quicker.

This location is AWFUL!!! They take FOREVER. They have you wait at the payment window, to avoid a ding from corporate, or whoever is watching to be sure the line is moving, they don’t want them to see how ridiculously long it takes for one order!!! I wonder if as customers, you refuse to sit and wait at the payment window, so whoever is watching can see that it takes a bare minimum of 15 per order, and that is low balling!!! There are the same four cars in front of of me, and now three behind. I have been here for at least 10 minutes, and so have the people in front of me!!!
