I love Larosas. All the food is most all the time, delicious. Especially the fish hoagey and fries are my favorite. Recently, the meat 2-3 times my fish was overcooked. The edges were hard and dried out and that made the rest of it that way too. I hate not ordering the fish but from this particular store I can’t now. I’ve had teeth problems so it’s not feasible anymore. Sorry to leave a negative review cause we really love Larosas and have for most of our lives. Thank you.

We’ve always loved the pizza at LaRosa’s Pizzeria, but over the last 3–4 months the quality has been inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is delicious like we expect, and other times it’s just not.
Today was one of the disappointing visits. We ordered a medium pepperoni and a large deluxe, and you could tell they were poorly made — the flavor just wasn’t there like it normally is.
My daughter also ordered a grilled chicken salad, and unfortunately it looked wilted and not fresh, like it had been sitting out. The chicken was cold, which made it even less enjoyable.
I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s really disappointing because this has always been a go-to place for us. I hope the consistency improves, because when it’s good, it’s really good.

In from out of town, I had to have LaRosa’s again and it was everything I remembered from when I lived in Cincinnati years ago. Great service and great food, especially the pizza! I got the meat deluxe which had lots of meat and was delicious! #UseMyPictureLaRosas

So I usually eat here about 3 days a week twice a day and the lunch is better then the dinner I order the same thing everytime and the lunch spaghetti is much fuller then the dinner serving almost makes me not wanna eat dinner here anymore my bowl is half full for dinner and lunch I can barely finish it because there is some much more for dinner

Great tasting pizza as usual but this extra large looks more like a large in an extra large box. Of course the pizza not resembling the shape of a circle definitely didn’t help. Appearance of the pizza and what I perceive to be a lack of quality control the evening of my most recent visitbring this review down to a 2 star review.
I hold a higher standard for LaRosa’s since it is definitely one of if not the priciest pizza selections in our area. For that I expect not only the great signature LaRosa’s Pizza taste and flavor, but also a higher quality pizza even to how it is made.

I ordered at 7:15PM, had a 15min wait time. Got there at 7:30PM. Waited until 8:05 to get my food, the poor hostesses felt bad and it wasn’t their fault, but management only offered a 15% refund of my bill after waiting for nearly an hour. The previous order I had received my calzone RAW. This time they had to remake my entire order due to the disorganized kitchen. Manager could’ve been helping his team but wasn’t until I had pointed out how insane it was for me to wait nearly an hour for what was supposed to be a 15min wait time. For reference I had a Full size spag dinner, a kids spag, and a calzone (which had to be remade because they handed my original our wrongly)

When I wait over 10 minutes for refills and even longer for my meal while two employee stand staring at their phones, you get 1 star. Do better. Not interested in visiting this location anymore. They can’t seem to get delivery or dine in right.
