It was okay. Staff was nice. Had an issue with my order. It was the apps fault. Not theirs however. Got it resolved thru BK customer service and got my money back quickly. They have the best customer service online if you ever need an issue taken care of!!

the last two times I have been here has been a complete fail First they never have both drive thru lanes open . second due to the poor planning of drive thru you can’t leave you are held hostage by the slowest “fast food ” crew known to man. It took at least twenty min to get the two things we ordered with three vehicles ahead of us and I didn’t see any customers inside when I got there nor when I left so it’s not like they were very busy. Last time I went here I was told I couldn’t add a drink to my order unless I drove back around through drive thru. It’s a DRINK it’s not hard to add it to an order it’s not like I had already paid or anything. I work at a restaurant I know the deal. maybe if the employees had to pay us for wasting our time they would get a little pep in their step. But oh well I’ll have to go to the other burger king in town at least 341 doesn’t hold you hostage. I won’t make this mistake a third time!

If there was an option to give 0 stars that’s what I would rate this location. When at the drive thru I had asked a question in which the employee taking my order must have found stupid and said “Duuhhhh” followed by laughter over the headset. When we finally got to the window I had to repeat the order and then they told us they were out of fries and we needed to park out front. After 10 mins they brought us the food and never even put the fries in. It appeared to have only been 2 people working and they were sending all the customers to the parking lot to wait for their food because they were not able to keep up with the orders. Overall the service is pathetic and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame that these food chain companies will allow this kind of behavior in their work places simply because they are so desperate to have employees. Sadly these type of employees are ruining the companies reputation. Would never go back and would never recommend.

if I could make this star NEGATIVE.. I WOULD.. Terrible Service (UNDERSTATEMENT). The worst drive thru experience in my life! We waited 20 minutes for someone to even take our order in the drive thru. Pulled up cuz no one spoke a word. As we pulled up to get decent service, they take someone else’s order. Finally we pull up to the drive thru window wanting to order food. This girl decides NOT TO help customers at the window. NO SHE GOES ON HER PHONE IN FRONT OF US (CUSTOMERS), DOES NOT SEEM TO BE DOING HER JOB TO HELP WITH THE LINE OF CARS. THERE WAS CARS WRAPPED AROUND THE RESTAURANT. OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE HONKING AT OTHER CARS IN FRONT OF THEM. WE WAITED FOR 40-45 MINUTES FOR NOTHING. WE WERE STUCK IN DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 40 MINUTES BECAUSE OF ROAD STRUCTURE FAILURE (NO EXIT).
