I’ve been seeing the steakhouse sandwich on TV for weeks. So today I decided to go and try one. I got the combo with the onion rings and I ordered the bacon cheese tots. My onion rings were dried out and Cold. My cheese tots were burned so bad they had no cheese left in them. The burger was good, but the onion rings on top of it were old not to mention. I waited 35 minutes in line. What a waste of time.

Pulled off I-95 heading south to Florida and found this recently completely renovated and remodeled BK. First everything is new from the parking lot to the drive-in to the building. Plenty of parking but we decided to go in taking a break from the car. Has new order kiosk but we decided to counter order. Absolutely nicest crew that got our small order 100% correct. Whopper with heavy onion was moist and great. Fries were the best that we have had in a long time. I had the chicken nuggets that were moist and fresh. Restroom was clean as was the seating area. Only comment I will make is the employees need to remember that the kitchen area is open and loud talking travels into the seating area. Other than that it’s a winner .

My experience was excellent! LJ the porter guy was absolutely amazing and has great customer service skills. I brought an issue to his attention about the bathroom and he came runnjng immediately to fix it. The bathrooms smelled and looked great, the parking lot was very clean. LJ had a positive attitude and smiled while doing his job. Sometimes cleaners are looked down on, however it is always important to stop and give credit where it is due. This location needs more employees like Mr. LJ that my family and I met. Keep up the great work sir!

Five staff, Two cars in drive through, three customers inside. Staff laughing and cutting up. Said they are short staffed. 15 minutes and still waiting on food. I can not rate food. I have not received it yet.

I usually enjoy Burger King, but this visit was very disappointing. The food quality was poor and my order came out cold. The customer service also needs a lot of improvement — the employees were not friendly and didn’t seem willing to help. I hope management takes this seriously, because right now it is not worth what you pay.

First time at a Burger King in years. The young man at the window at the drive thru tried to make up for the stores shortcomings he was very pleasant. Other than that the experience was not great, not sure how they are still open. No sprite, no royal chicken, no water bottles. We waited 20 min and our order was wrong.
