Went to the drive through and the guy didn’t say one word to me. Took my card and have it back handed me my food and I left. Not a thank you. Didn’t tell me my total. Nothing. Then I get my whopper and it’s not at all what I wanted. The thing looks like someone through it on the ground and wrapped it up. Also, Im aware your understaffed but if you can’t properly service your employees then close your doors.

Tonight my husband sat for a while in the drive thru while ONE EMPLOYEE took orders, made the food, did the exchange of money & food to customers all by herself! She was the only employee at this restaurant since 8 and it was 9:30 when he got home. The food is DELICIOUS! My whopper was amazing! But if anyone from corporate, staffing, or if this is franchised and owned then the people over this location need to get a grip on themselves for not having this place close early for lack of employees. This woman should be paid on her next paycheck for every position that would normally be there during operating hours at whatever their wages are. If 3 people minimum should be there in 8h shifts for the night at a pay of $14 then she should be making all $560 for the night. Whoever she is, she deserves so much better than how they did her tonight! For her, 4 stars. I’d give 5 but I wouldn’t want corporate to think that they can continue to stress their employees out like this. The location in Augusta off of Washington road had this same issue last summer. What are you doing BK? Do your employees better or shut down!

N. Belair Rd. They were not open at 10:30 pm. Not just closed… all food and counters had been cleaned off. We could only see one employee when we passed through the drive through. Then. I looked up the hours online and it said until 11 pm. We were already driving away but as a last ditch effort to obtain a whopper, I called, no answer. We drove to the next closest location. 5 minutes away. South Belair Rd. We were met by staff standing at the back door when we pulled into the drive-through lone at 10:40. They told us they were closed so we asked what time they closed . He said “right now” . We asked ” no, what actual time” to which his reply was ” 10″. We did not get a chance to reply before the man then again said ” we are closed ” . According to online hours it was 11 pm as well. I know finding decent employees is difficult, however if they are going to be emoloyeed then they need to do the work they are paid for. I am going to guess all of these people were still milking the clock without doing any work at all. Do better.

The drive-thru line is terribly slow. They do have a sign posted on the speaker advising the need of employees for every shift. The sad thing is that the food is old and unedible. Even the drinks were terrible. I would steer clear until BK works out their business issues including bankruptcy. Losing customers is not how you stay in business!

I’m giving 5 stars because I don’t know who’s was in the back, but they were definitely making sure ppl had their orders fresh. I had the best sweet tea ever, cause usually it’s not that sweet but this was above and beyond customer service. Thank you to whoever was working morning shift on this day. June 2023

I haven’t been here in over 2 years and 2 years ago this was slow and nonchalant employees. 2 years later I stopped thinking they might have improved or something like maybe faster service. Nope! They haven’t changed one bit. Still slow service and nonchalant employees. Conclusion- management does not care.

Their Drive thru has only 1 line and they keep the staffs number at minimum. Once you are on the line, you can’t leave. Sometimes it takes foreeever. My infant was crying to death for 45 minutes this time. She needed help, but I was trapped in between cars. There were only about 4 cars in front of me. I don’t know what the heck they were up to, but having an crying to death infant behind was traumatizing. If you are not gonna make 2 car lines, serve with timely manner at least!!!!

Just a quick original chicken sandwich for my son. Always takes a while here now but they do it with a smile and the sandwich is hot.

The last time I ate at a Burger King, I decided that would be my last time. I am not happy with the food quality, the atmosphere, the service, or the price. To be honest, if the first 3 are bad, the price matters very little. Any price would be too much.

If you can get past the dirty floor, molded ceiling tiles, duct taped booths, bothched paint job, then the food is okay. The people were working were def in no hurry, there were several breakfast sandwiches just sitting under the heat lamp and we were the only ones in the store, so I suggest you order something unique to avoid the old food.
