Young girl running the drive through window, just gave me the WORST fast food experience of my life. She was so rude, it’s unbelievable. Bring your money elsewhere, it’s obvious that this franchise owner doesn’t want it, or they would clean house….

Really only 5 stars when Donnie is working! I go in the mornings for a large frozen coke and he is always smiling and in a good morning mood! He is the best person to see first thing in the morning! The glue holding it together! Wish I could say the same when he isn’t there, although on his days off, they’re usually never opened or the lady working never seems too happy about doing her job. Donnie definitely needs a raise or a higher position.

I believe that this place could be so much better if they would just hire Donnie from within the company to be the general manager. This man goes above and beyond and makes everyone feel welcome. Even when he’s been the only one to show up for work. I believe that he would mold his entire crew to perform as he does! When he works the food is hot and fresh! Not only that but when he is the first face you see in the morning he makes the entire day start off on the right foot. I look forward to getting my breakfast here every single morning bc of his customer service that he gives! It would be absolutely beneficial to the company to place him in charge! Not only that but when he isn’t here you can tell. The store isn’t open when it’s supposed to be the food isn’t fresh. I can promise you that if it wasn’t for him I would have most definitely not rated this place 5 star! That it self should make you aware of just how much your company should appreciate him!

Absolutely the worst Burger King on the planet. The staff is the rudest I have ever encountered in a fast food establishment. The dining room is dirty. The food was not cooked through and the fries were cold. I have a hard believing that the upper management allows this to go on. Everyone associated with this location should be fired and the location closed. It really is bordering on a health hazard.

Made me pull up. Ok, hot food, right? WRONG! Sick gd in back seat so I couldn’t go in. Fries were cold. I asked server why I had to wait. She went to get fresh fries. I was going to get out her burger and it was cold. I went to the door and asked again, why did I have to wait? Cook yelled, They Just Came Off The Grill. I asked her why was the cheese not melted? She walked off. I asked the server to feel the burger. Her reply was a shrug and That’s what she says.

Pulled in the drive thru today 4/10/23 at 3:30pm 3 cars in front of me and only a older couple inside the store. At 4:00pm I finally get to the speaker. Only to be told to look at the menu and give them a minute. 4:15pm they finally get on the speaker to take my super simple order 2 orders of chicken fries, crispy chicken sandwich mayo only and a medium coke. I get to the window to pay nearly $20.00 for this small order. I asked the young girl at the window (Jaylah Oxford) why it takes 30+ minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru her response was “We have other things to worry about other than the cars in the drive thru) Keep in mind only 2 people were in the dining room. I told her she needed to check her attitude with customers. She responded with “I didn’t tell you to sit there and wait” First off you work in a public place where the customers are who’s paying your paycheck. If you can’t be a little more professional than that then you don’t need to be working with the public. You should probably go back to your cheerleading in High School and reconsider your career path and make sure it’s not something you have to speak to people at. This is coming from a Middle School Teachers daughter. Seriously have a talk with your child about her attitude and mouth. Then I go to the 2nd window to get my food only to be told I needed to pull forward and wait on my food to be cooked. Seriously I have just waited 45 minutes and now being told to wait again. I just asked for a refund. Then I was told I had to pull forward and wait for someone to become available to do that. So I pulled around and I went in. I spoke to the manager on duty I think her name was Christine. Who by the way was very polite and very professional. She gave me the refund and spoke to me very professionally. I have been inside here multiple times and had this same manager there and she has always been super friendly and always made sure my orders were fresh, fast and accurate. She is the ONLY reason I walked out of there satisfied knowing I can return to there in hopes of having a better experience. As for the employee who is little miss attitude she needs to be returned to cheerleading team so she can learn some decent people skills and hopefully some respect.

Worst BK ever.I ordered a Whopper with cheese without the meat. A little unusual to some but I have been ordering and receiving this more than 20 years without issue. Today I had an employee ask can’t you just eat the meat? You don’t eat meat? Argumentative Like I owed her an explanation of why I don’t want the meat. Then when she finally said ok, I check it and she has loaded it with onions and ketchup to the point where it was soggy. I can’t help but to think she did this on purpose because of the sheer messiness and lack of other ingredients. The tag line for BK is Have it your Way…. I guess someone should have her watch a commercial for BK. Will not be going to this location again EVER . Several people I have spoken to about this said they have had similar things happen with one particular lady, who speaks extremely poor English.
