My daughter went through the drive through 10/26/25 and tried ordering a bacon cheeseburger (like we have done many many times) & the guy told her they do not have bacon cheeseburgers, she asked about a couple of other food items that have bacon & was told they dont have them either, example – bacon king. I called to speak with the manager on duty he proceeded to tell me that someone else took her order to begin with, then said my daughter changed the whole order (which was not true). But what ticked me off the most was THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME IN MID CONVERSATION! So I will be contacting the store manager as well as the district manager and corporate tomorrow. I’ve worked fast food most of my life and the way this so called manager handled this was totally wrong & inappropriate.

I bought a double fish fillet meal My fish was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it and I suppose have had onion rings with it I got fries I spent 60 something dollars on food there and drinks and very unsatisfied customer at the moment but they said that they would give me a fish sandwich and onion rings in the place of what was messed up but just make sure you check your food before you leave. Cheese stick fries was hard.

The food was hot and fresh. I ordered takeout. This was about 11:45 am. The team was quick to take and prepare my order. I asked for extra napkins and got them without any complaints, eye rolls, or rude comments.

Top notch! The food was good and hot! The customer service was on point. They did not rush you at the drive through and they got every detail of the order correct. But the best thing about this particular Burger King was the Double Whopper and halfsies! This was the best Whopper that I’ve ever had! Nice and juicy not dry at all. Great bread to meat ratio and just enough sauce not too little and not too much. Delish! And it was right off the highway. Definitely worth a visit!

Burgers were good and hot, chicken nuggets were old and hard, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with employees going in and out and not cleaning the feces all over 1 toilet or even closing the stall that was so bad.
