The staff was super quick and incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in . They made the whole experience even more special by giving my daughter a free milkshake, which totally made her day . That small gesture really meant a lot! The restaurant itself was very clean and well-organized, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed while enjoying our visit ✨. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and we left with big smiles. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Stopped in on a road trip, service so super fast, food was all fresh and delicious! Store was very clean, including the restroom. And the staff was super friendly also!

This was literally just 10 minutes ago!!!
I ordered a burger meal when I bit into the burger it was so mushy and wet I looked and it’s completely red. I couldn’t even swallow what was in my mouth. I called first before taking the trip back just to make sure someone could remake my food. The lady who answered the phone said to me well we don’t make burgers well done all of our burgers have red. I said excuse me? I don’t even like any meat well done but I know what a burger temperature should be set to to be considered done. And she say well do you still have the food. I respond yes. She said well if you bring it back it’s the only way I can remake it. (Which was my original question before she got smart) now I don’t even want the burger. And this was the first and last time I’ll ever eat Arby’s. I’m assuming because I’m black I eat well done meat. (But I have a degree in culinary arts and I’m 100 percent positive this isn’t right) and I also have empathy and I’m sure that if as terrible customer service. At a place that wasn’t even busy. Do better.

They have a 3 meat and treat meal for $7.99. Plenty of food for me. Usually it is just too expensive for me but this puts it in my price range for lunch. This location is very nice and clean too.

I’ll never come here again. We were served two cold steak nugget meals. When I asked for replacements, the employee took them to the back and microwaved them instead of making new ones. When I asked if they’d just been microwaved, she admitted yes. I didn’t drive back to this location and pay $20 for reheated food. Do better.

The cashier wasnt paying attention to me while I was ordering they kept going to join Their co-workers conversation i got a large curly fry that was only half full the fries didnt even reach the opening on the holder and my “half pound” beef and cheddar was very much lacking both beef and cheddar as it was the exact same as the normal beef and cheddar we ordered

The absolute most horrible attitude and mouthy employee I’ve ever dealt with taking orders at a fast food place…and LITERALLY for no reason at all! I was being very polite and friendly and she was just being absolutely TRASHY for nothing!!! Don’t hate everyone else because you hate your job. We Love Arby’s especially on busy days. Except today eating Mac and Cheese first time. And the bowl was my Problem! It looks like they microwaved it and tasted burnt. Not sure how they prep it.
