Our experience was not great. Our wait time was 30 minutes for two burgers, and then one of the burgers were incorrect, which added another 10 minutes. The burgers were mediocre, the fries were good and our can of soda was flat. $50 later I regret not cooking back home ourselves.

Great (old school Mom & Pop) type local grill. In fact it seems all the Locals do enjoy eating here, so that means a lot. Will be crowded and noisy at mid day. Yes, parking (when they are packed) is tight. You can eat indoor (nice AC) or outdoor on patio tables. Friendly service from a nice young man serving tables and paying with cash will get you the best prices. Daily specials change are are fresh. The hamburgers are outstanding. Its not a restaurant were anyone rushs…so don’t be in a rush. Prices are Aiken standard medium….food preparation is wonderful in taste and quality.

I have been here three times. The first time I got a burger and sweet potato fries. Both were delicious however the sweet potato fries were out of this world 10/10 I could not stop thinking about them. We ate inside and unfortunately it seemed like the restaurant had no ac. I was feeling pretty nauseous after eating the greasy food in the heat. So the next time we called the order in. I got a corn dog, a hot dog, and sweet potato fries. The corn dog was raw on the inside and the hot dog was very pale and had a flavor that tasted very cheap . The sweet potato fries were not crispy at all it was basically just a sliced cooked sweet potato. But I decided to give this place another chance . The third time the sweet potato fries were delicious and crispy again. Every time we have ordered a burger it has been good. So I would recommend this restaurant but only for a burger and sweet potato fries. Those are 10/10 amazing. I would be careful about the other menu items.

Food was exceptional! GREAT hamburger, which was hand pattied. Fresh cut fries. O-rings were very good! Sweet tea was perfect! Service was exceptional as well. The only negative is that it took a while to find parking. (It was 2:30 in the afternoon. ) I learned that they want to purchase land for additional parking, but no one will sell.) Not a place for entertaining, but a GREAT place for food!!!

The best and oldest family owned restaurant in Aiken, famous hotdogs and fresh handmade burgers everyday. They also have a wide selection of dinner items such as shrimp, fish, country steak and more. Prices are great, and food and service is even better!

The food was average. Nothing spectacular. The fries were mushy, greasy and needed to be cooked longer. They initially forgot my fries with one order. The wait was about 30 mins, when I went ask about the food it was just sitting. They forgot about me. I’m not sure we will be back.

This is a cute little home town diner with exellent hamburgers and hand cut fries. They also offer home cooked meals such as meatloaf, shepherd’s pie and a variety of fried shrimp and fish entrees as well. The service was excellent and the prices are amazing.

I had a very disappointing visit to the rooftop in Graniteville, SC, around 5:45 PM. I went in to buy a burger basket and one slice of cake. I explained to the owner how much was to be taken off my card and that I wanted to pay for the cake with cash; the cashier acknowledged the amount and placed the order. The owner then stepped in and claimed I needed to pay a different total, insisting we still owed more than what had been acknowledged. The exchange became heated, and the owner spoke to me in a rude manner, insisting I didn’t understand what was being conveyed. The cashier looked uncomfortable, and in the end, the window was slammed in my face by the owner. We also called to address the issue, but the response was dismissive and showed a lack of concern for customer service. This experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and we don’t plan to return.
