This location is hit or miss for me always. One of the managers is fantastic and makes sure everything is okay. When he’s not there my order is constantly messed up or im getting upcharged for Heavy toppings. I ask for no condiments and my burger comes out plain. I get upcharged for more toppings and its the same amount. I only came to this location because of the convenience but it’s no longer worth my time or money. Big corporate can no longer sustain what they were once known for, that being “fast” food.

One item got left out of our online order. So I returned to the store to claim it and the manager was so nice about it all. Not only did she replace the missing item, she gave me a complementary drink for the road. We love the Dunwoody location for the quality food and excellent customer service.

It was very late when we stopped by. I only ordered French fries and an oreo milkshake. My fries were freshly cooked. We used the drive-thru to place my order. The employee was pleasant and I received my order as fast as possible since they had to cook the French fries, which I greatly appreciated.

I love this new and improved BURGER KING! My father, who happens to be 52 years old, said AND I QUOTE “The best Burger King I’ve ever seen.” The food was yummy and the service was great. Will definitely come back ❤️

Nicest Burger King I’ve ever seen. The young lady at the counter handing out food was very friendly. Burger and chicken sandwich were hot. Fries and onion rings were a little soggy. Dining room and bathrooms were clean though, which is impressive given the amount of people I saw come in, use the bathroom and then leave. One lady even had a specimen cup. In the east side of Atlanta you definitely do not get to experience good fast food so this was a very nice and appreciated change.

We’ve lived here 9 years and never tried Burger King. Gave it a shot yesterday. Drive thru was kind of slow, but tolerable. The food, however, was NOT. I tried a french fry – it tasted freezer burnt. My husband tried one bite of his burger and threw it away. Yuck. Editing to add: My husband said he thought the fries were undercooked, not freezer burnt.

i WANT to like this one, believe it or not there aren’t too many fast food options in dunwoody that easy to get to for me. this is like the easiest to get to BK for me. but yikes the staff is under educated about their own menu. no other way to explain it. the incompetence always makes going here a mistake.
