I have been going to this establishment since I first moved over to this side of town, three years ago. I must say, besides the Manchester location, I would say that this is the best panda express in Fresno as far as freshness of food, and quality service. It’s very busy here during the lunch rush, but during the morning amd late afternoon going into the evening would be the sweet spot to hit them up as they are getting ready for the night rush. As I said before, food is always hot and fresh, it seems like they give a better portion amount of food better than any other PE ive been to. Haven’t been to the Manchester location in a long time so I dont know how they get down anymore, my greatest thing about their location was the diversity in staff, I absolutely love seeing my people and supporting them. But like I said, that was years ago. Hopefully their quality hasn’t gone down. But I digress. To my knowledge, this is the best Panda in the city today!

Decent place to get chinese fast food. The service is fast and staff and courteous. Menu is limited but decent. I liked the box which you can get the food and eat with your own rice. Had limited drinking options.

NEVER NEVER EVER buy a Panda gift card. We purchased one on a Christmas “special” right before Christmas 2024. Went in to this branch with a $30 card. First time using it. The employee ran through the cards several times, said it didn’t work and finally told me there was a $0 balance. Had to pay in cash. Been trying to resolve the problem with their corporate office for months. Their response is that we zeroed out the card in a store. Can’t tell me which store, what we bought, only that it was zeroed out on another day in January, not the day that I went in. GIANT RIP OFF AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m sure the employee ran through the card and cashed it out of the register at the end of the day.

I tried giving this location a second try but the portion sizes are ridiculous small. The location on Blackstone would never give such a little amount of food especially for a plate. I’m disappointed and I’m sure if it’s staff or instructions from management to serve such small portion sizes.

My local Panda hasn’t swayed me wrong since I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years. Like any business, they might slip here and there but overall the consistency is there and that’s important. Always friendly service and speedy as well. Can’t go wrong coming to this Panda location.
