I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this Burger King. The employee who helped me, a young woman, was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected while I was simply picking up my online order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and management needs to address it immediately. I just want to start off by saying worst experience ever at this Burger King , I decided to get the new SpongeBob meal. And the lady in the picture had the worst attitude ever slamming the drive thru window hard. Just rude had me and my husband waiting clueless and not telling us it will take time like any other restaurant/fast food would say. She was overly unprofessional. She should be fired. My husband asked for some buffalo sauce she almost threw it at him. She NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Like honey ,if you don’t like your job QUIT.

The food was disgusting. I’m mad that I spent $40 for me and my two boys to eat because we did not enjoy it. I noticed the built-up grime at the registers only when I went back to have my cup refilled with ice. The ladies’ restroom was hot and could use a wet rag as well. It’s obvious that the employees here are not the cleanest.

They have a B rating of 81. Came by for a quick bite and the attitude you can hear over the mic was astounding, then to see it’s an overly grown man behaving that way. No crowds, thought the place was shut down. I ordered the kids meal and received no cookie nor was it mentioned that they are out or didn’t place one in the bag. Simple courtesy shouldn’t be a stretch to people that work in an industry of serving people. A simple my pleasure, you’re welcome, have a nice day is easy to respond back. My sons fries were also very hard and his 4pc ch. nuggets hard . As if they placed them back in the fryer or let it sit under the light for too long smh. Will not recommend if you’re not a regular around the area.

I don’t know. I saw quite through one star reviews which I don’t understand. The food was really good. The service was really good. They also have the fancy Coca-Cola machine where I can get my diet peach soda. The burger I had was cooked right and had lettuce, the tomato and all the extras and it was really good.

Honestly just terrible every time. It doesn’t matter if you come in the morning, afternoon, or night – you can expect to have to sit in the drive-thru for a minimum of eight minutes before they acknowledge you, repeat your order at least three times when they mishear every part of it, and check your bag to make sure they didn’t give you something totally different (not that it matters, because once that drive-thru window closes they won’t open it for anything, even if you genuinely only have half of your order).
I have a lot of lenience for fast food restaurants, but I have genuinely never before had this level of bad experiences every single time without fail. It’s not worth it – it’s not fast, it’s not correct, and the food is tolerable at best in comparison to other locations.
Editing the review 4 months later to add that, once again, I was given literally half of the food I ordered and charged for all of it. If you think checking the bag is safe, bad news; apparently now it’s necessary to unwrap and inspect every single burger to make sure they haven’t shorted you on the literal burger patties.

My experience at this place was amazing. The staff is very friendly and sweet. They make sure my food is hot and fresh everytime I come. This is the best location I have been to so far. The cashier shekia is sweet and friendly everytime I come she makes me laugh.
