Horrible service.

Outrageous situation this morning – ordered breakfast on the mobile app, waited in line for 17 minutes in the drive thru, by the time we got to the order speaker they told us they wouldn’t be serving our food because it was past 10:30.. very unfortunate to wait in line for that long before 10:30 just for them to tell me they’re “out of breakfast” which is crazy because the car in front of us also had a mobile order and had no issue getting their breakfast items. we were literally lied to by staff here, insane

Was in pick up/take out food line outside. Waited a bit too long for food. Finally got it, then realized they had our order WRONG. Went it to counter to ask to get our order correct. Staff continued to ignore all customers at counter. An UBER driver finally had to yell at them to help. Service was terrible. They need to bring back proper customer service ethics! Yes, people do make mistakes but please stop ignoring those who need help.

The last time we went I could hear what would assume is a manager yelling at her employee. I felt bad for the employee because he looked like a 16-17 year old kid who just started.. if you need to correct your employees, take them somewhere private instead of embarrassing them infront of their coworkers and customers, so unprofessional. The person working the drive thru speaker was rude and unprofessional.. the staff clearly does not care. I get it, it’s fast food I don’t expect staff to be overly enthusiastic, but there has to be some human decency… it’s not just a work thing it’s a person thing, when I pull up to the window and get my food and say “thank you” a simple “you’re welcome” isn’t too much of an inconvenience, instead of just handing me my bag and shutting the window… this location is the worst.

Flies everywhere. Like literally 4 to each table. Then walk into the bathroom and there are literally dozens of flies. Kids nearly crying having to use the bathroom. Couldn’t finish my food because it was so nasty and ruined my appetite

I came here with my kids. Ages 6&4. Granted they were hyper and I was in the midst of correcting them for being overly repetitive but they were super excited helping order and come on its McDonalds. This place is for kids. The guy working the register raised his voice to the point he was practically yelling at my 4yo. Again I understand she was repeating her order over making sure she got fries with her kids meal. If you can’t handle overly hyper kids ordering their kids meals maybe you shouldn’t be working at a McDonald’s or any part of customer service.

They were out of pumpkin pies and said it would be a 10 minute wait. That’s fine, not too bad. Well I parked for 20 minutes and still no pies. So I left with no pies and $4.20 less than I arrived with. Sad 🙁

They just decided to delete my breakfast order 5 minutes before 1030 because they are lazy as hell. This McDonald’s is literally the worst you could ever go to. They are rude, the GM doesn’t give a crap about the customers at all. Spend your money else where because you will regret spending it here.

Trash is all over tables and the floor as well as spills from drinks and various sauces I had put my order in at exactly 7 pm I didn’t receive it till 7:46 pm when I got my order the big Mac I received was cold as well as a milkshake that was runny. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s the wait is definitely not worth it and not to mention there staff who have a staring problem as I was waiting for food I had a employee stand around doing nothing while the other employees were scrambling around working staring at me and my friend as me and her stepped outside to smoke due to how long it took to wait for food
