Ordered Regular Chicken Sandwich Meal. It was dried completely out. It appeared it had been cooked earlier in the day and reheated for my order. There were no tomatoes and the lettuce had start turning from a fresh look. Fries were hot and drink was good. Terrible sandwich! I can’t believe Burger King would sell and serve sandwiches like this.

First, you don’t get served if you don’t have a car. So you go place order. Then you notice the cashier having a nasty attitude after me saying hello. Her response was wait a minute. Gets to the window. There no smile. Had to go back twice because order was not right. To the point of asking for a refund.

This was horrible. The Food was uncooked and the Cashier was rude m. I waited 30min for uncooked cold food, flat drinks, and missing items. I tried to send this to customer service but the app seems to not be working . I will call them as well. The burger is mushy and soggy… and I’m talking about the patty.

We waited on mobile order for 10 minutes for us to get our food and both fries were missing out of bag. Order was made completely wrong. And when I called chick had the nerve to be rude and have an attitude. We go back after manager states we can return with food and it’ll be made over and SHE has an attitude as well when we approach counter. The table for the burgers and things to be made was dirty as all get out. Won’t go back again and everything would’ve been fine had they not been so nasty.

The young lady with the extremely long wig without a hair net or hat had an very unprofessional attitude and created a very ugly atmosphere. My three year old niece needed to use the bathroom and she ignored me. They would progress if they would get rid of people like her. Very negative and not oriented on food she was swishing her hair every where and just was very unpleasant. Now we know why there was hair in the food. Corporate needs to see the video I have of her and her attitude and loose hair and unprofessionalism. They can contact me at Google as I am a local Google guide.

No one answered the drive thru. When I drove up to the window the older dude with the missing hair continued to eat his food with no acknowledgment. Then when I drove to the first window the guy ran away messing with his headset. So you guys are paying people who don’t wanna work.
