I was treated with most friendliest respect today at your drive thru. And when I pulled up to the window there was the most beautiful smile to greet me. She was just as pleasant to me and that is most needed in these fast food restaurants. Shamika has the best customer service and my food was well prepared and taste just as good. Horrible, the woman at the window was rushing me so much I for got to ask for sauce and to modify one of my burgers I told her no Mayo and no tomatoes she totally ignores me and had both the burgers modified. Then they forgot to add my extra fry didn’t ask me for sauce for the nuggets(they cooked in old grease btw). I asked for sauce and the lady had an attitude. I’m so over this place.

Where do I start? 1st food was horrible…not worth eating the meat was so over cooked it wasn’t even a hamburger anymore…and they cook hamburgers all day you think they would know how…the people taking the order was so rude n laughing at someone beside him while trying to take our order and then get to window that lady was to busy complaining to even worry about anything we said…the food not only was burnt but it was cold as soon as it was handed to us you felt no warmth from the bag…threw the entire food away when we got home…disgusting ..disgusting….n the bread was like old or something very stale

They seriously could’ve kept this establishment. It’s disgusting!! The food is always burnt! They never change the grease so your fried foods allll taste burnt!! Trust me. You can ALWAYS see the burnt stuff on the fries from the bottom of the grease. Chicken sandwich taste like burnt kitchen smh they have kids preparing food. The whole staff is 18 and under. Kids from my neighborhood mostly. This place is horrible horrible horrible

DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT HERE! The food is terrible. I have tried to give them chances, however the outcome is always the same. The food is old, overcooked and under cooked at the same time, not fresh at all, and overall disgusting. They also charge various prices for the same meal. One day I bought something. The next few days I bought the exact same thing. Both times the prices were different. Check your receipts. Save money, and just eat at home. Service is hit or miss.

I have been occasionally going to this store since opening because i live close. I usually do pretty well considering everyone is young and not real experienced. Every now and then they occupy the first register near the food call box and tell the people to come to the first window. Today which is the second time they said nothing, nothing was posted, and no one was at the register. No one told me to come to the first register so i waited until the line cleared and went to the second one. The lady at the first register came to the second window and took my credit card and meal coupon. I did get a reciept and I did not get my complete order and there was pickles when told NONE. Also I was missing a expensive chicken sandwich. Plus the food was cold and this is starting to get ridicilous. I should have came back and demanded a full refund but did not because i wanted the proper food and not messed up.

I am so over this place! They just opened and this is just sad. The people are rude and the food is terrible. Every time I have visited something has been missing or cooked poorly. Just go to Bojangles, it’s cost a little more but at least the food is good. Throw the whole Burger King away!
