This la e has gone to hell. Had to beg rude manager for ring sauce. Rings good and hot. Bacon, cheese whopper hood but cold. All in all, a forgettable experience. Perhaps just this BK bit irt sucked.

I went this morning at about 10am and I just want to say the people working today were amazing! They were so nice and friendly and service was quick and the food was piping hot! A huge difference from the other day I went in the evening and the person was rude and it was extremely slow and the food was cold. Great job to the ones on staff this morning

Pulled up to order food on May 4th 2023 and I was told by a man on the speaker that they weren’t taking orders because they were switching shifts at 10:06pm. He told me I could not wait at drive through for shift change. He told me he guess I could wait in the parking. Then huffed and puffed because I told him I would wait. Very rude. The store closes at 11pm so shift change 10:06pm is wild. I just thought corporate should be notified about what’s happening when no one thinks people are watching. Thank you!

What’s going on is that the service is bad. I thought it would have been better at this location, but it’s the same thing. We waited in line for 3 minutes, and the drive-thru line was building up, and people were leaving.

Idk when the others came thru but we got here after rush hour traffic (6pm) and the team STILL did amazing! Manager Debresha (I hope I spelled that correctly please forgive me if I didn’t) was awesome! Took time to tell my son what was on his burger to help him make it his way as made sure the other food we ordered got made fresh and right! They were fresh dropped onion rings, great burgers and smiles on the crew in back! For the other reviews I read I can say this will be my go to Burger King stop when I got to go to Atlanta! I should have read the reviews! This was the worst burger king ever!! I have been to 100s of burger kings in multiple countries and this was by far the worse expierence ever. My food was horrible, they messed my whopper up. I was sitting in hotel room eating, and I got up to take it back after one bite. It made me so mad, I had to have a woosah moment. The lobby was closed, so I decided it was not even worth arguing at the drive-thru. Also, I did not trust them to remake my food. I threw all my food( nuggets, whopper, fries, and drink) in the trash because it looked questionable after i inspected the whopper. I am not eating any burger king for the foreseeable future. Wasted my 13 dollars. Please avoid this place.

There is NO Burger King in the eastern United States who ever gets the order right! It is wrong every single time, month after month, every year. But, they could care less. Also, their cooks mash down and hand-mold constrict the sandwiches in order to condense and rediluce their size for THEIR easier handling and wrapping of YOUR food.
