My drive thru experience was great, friendly attendant, fast and correct order.
My Whopper meal was on point tasted great, I had also ordered my hubby original chicken sandwiches and fries.
Bad move, the chicken taste bad like it was old, had funky flavor and fries were so salty we had to throw all of it away. I’m out like 10 bucks as his food is in the trash and he did not get to eat lunch
Guess I have to cook him redemption meal for dinner…sometimes if you want to have it your way you got to do it yourself

I work in this industry so I won’t give a low star review however I will let you know what is going on tonight at this location. I pull up to the speaker and the man says pull up (to the window) if you have a mobile order. I clearly said I would like to place a order. The man says nothing and just has me sitting there for 7 minutes until I ask if he is only accepting mobile orders or can I place an order. He says I’m only accepting mobile orders. Why have me sitting there all that time when I clearly said I wanted to place an order when I pulled up.. I understand being short staffed I literally just worked 12 hours serving an entire bar and sit down restaurant by myself and hadn’t ate all day but this was definitely uncalled for… you don’t treat your guest poor. I drive to this location because normally I get great service and hot food. I live in Hampton but I do not go to that location due to poor service and cold food… please speak with this young man about customer service.

I stopped by Burger King today and was helped by Breanna , she was so polite, quick, and efficient! It was honestly refreshing to see such great customer service. She greeted me with a smile, got my order right away, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. People like her really make a difference. Keep up the great work, Breanna!

This place is in need of new management and employees! The manager was friendly but the service was slower than a snail’s pace. I have waited less time at a REAL restaurant!!!!! They have a sign saying that they are hiring… I hope people apply soon because this place is ridiculous!!!! I’m still waiting… I’m still hungry!!! I will NOT be back! Don’t waste your time… keep driving!

I wanted to try out the new Sourdough king burger. The first one was so cold the cheese wouldn’t even melt and the meat was cold to the touch. This is what the second one looked like. They microwaved it until the bread was hard. This time I called the manager who was nice and said she would refund our money and send me another burger. This makes 3. I wish she had brought it out herself. I showed the young lady that brought it out to me this burger The photo. She basically told me they Never microwave thier burgers. Which I believe… Most of the time. The way she said it made me upset. As if she was calling me a lier.
I never ever complain. This was a huge exception. I used to be a manager at burger place in the past and a waitress. I was very sorry I came today. This was supposed to be a treat for someone that doesn’t do this very often for medical reasons. I will think twice before I go back.

I don’t normally come here but I decided to give them another chance and it was a failure. I ordered the chicken wrap, which was basically a burnt half of a chicken tender, and came in to bring it back where I wasn’t acknowledged until I “ask” for assistance. I gave two stars because the guy who may be a manager did his best to rectify the situation and even gave me a drink while I waited for it to remade fresh. Thank you to him but I won’t be back.

What’s going on is that the service is bad. I thought it would have been better at this location, but it’s the same thing. We waited in line for 3 minutes, and the drive-thru line was building up, and people were leaving.
When we finally get to place our order, we had to wait another five minutes
