Literally sat in the drive thru for almost half an hour before someone took my order. I hurt my back so I couldn’t just go inside and I really wanted a whopper. I should have just left but my only other option was McDonald’s. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping because they are all correct unfortunately.

This is for the store on 155 in locustgrove.After being at window for about 4 minutes waiting was asked to pull up while waiting on fries, NO problem, waited another 5 or six minutes for my food. Started eating my fries on way home and they were COLD. Got home started eating my chicken sandwich which I ordered with NO MAYO,guess what had mayo on it.Not the first time this has happened, then you can’t call because the phone is off. Poor management and lazy workers.

This is place was an experience. They using all loud in the back, spraying each other with water. Very poor professionalism. I don’t know if a manager was there if they that’s a shame. I asked one of the worker if they were hiring and she told me you don’t want anyone to work here, I don’t want to work here . Adults need to take pride in training our young people to be the best version of themselves.

I got there and their ice cream machine wasn’t working. I observed upset customers complainig of them taking too long to prepare your food. The young kids working there are straight up rude and ghetto!!!

Never have I ever been told that I can only get 2 creamers for coffee the managers attitude was horrible she had no customer service what so ever. Food was not even warm or good with threw it all in the trash waste of money.

Second trip to this location this week and both times had issues. First trip had a large order and cashier cones running out of the kitchen door. Informed me that they could not make 1 of the combos dbl whopper with cheese because the grill had caught on fire. They subbed that order with 2 dbl cheese burgers, not even comparable. Went back today and ordered a dbl whopper meal and received a regular whopper. Ordered a single whopper with cheese, ketchup and extra picles and received no pickles. Tried to call the restaurant and of course no answer and no way to contact anyone. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION !!!

The food was completely awful. Do not, I repeat do not order the spicy chicken sandwich. It was stale and no spice. Food was awful. With this being a new place, we thought it wild be clean and food would be fresh. However, only to be disgusting and a big disappointment.
